Terrible!! The icemake he installed has not produced ice in almost 24 hours and doesn't look like the old one. He did not and would not do maintenence on the refrigerator which I paid $ 515.85 the 1st person. Very angry. Want my money back!

I would like to express my concern about the serviced that I received from you that: the time for the technician to come to my house is not very good. The last appointment the technician didn't get here until after 6pm.I been waiting all day from 8 to 5pm. This is not good because I can't do anything all day

Dishwasher repair

Initially said a new drain hose was needed as machine was not draining ordered part and two weeks later installed after billed and service done said this might not solve issue. Why did he not say that before I spent 310.00. He said he did a "test" on the dishwasher. After he left , first time used still did not drain. He did not return my phone calls. This is the first time I've left a negative review for anything. I usually just let things slide. NOT THIS TIME

This review is not directed at the technician, because a technician never showed up because of overbooking. I booked an appointment for Monday service with a window of 8-5. Waited around all day and received a call at 3:45 stating that the tech wouldn't make it. My options were to reschedule for Wednesday or the following Monday. I cancelled a dentist appt. to reschedule for Wednesday. Waited around all day Wed. until getting a call from the tech at 6:27 p.m. telling me that he was overbooked and wouldn't make it. Would I like to reschedule? Absolutely not! Thankfully, I was able to find a local appliance repair company that was able to make it out to my house before 10 a.m. the next morning. I will never, ever deal with Sears Home Services again. The customer service was horrible (good luck speaking with a person) and I never received a call from a supervisor as promised. I would give negative stars if allowed.

Repair

My repair is not fixed. This is the second time fixing it and it still dose not work. It's worse now then before. The tec didnt check to see if the maker was working correctly. He turned it on and hit the reset button . It never filled with water because it's not fixed. If he seen it wasn't working then he could have looked for another issue to fix the problem. Now I have to call and reschedule to have another tech to spend 5 minutes looking at the new ice maker and saying yup it's not making ice. Instead of actually finding the problem.

Poor Service

Very unprofessional didn't care for his attitude. Said it was a sympathy visit. He didn't do anything to fix the problem with the fridge not keeping the set temp.

My refrigerator still isn't cooling

The tech worked on the refrigerator for almost 3 years yesterday and said it would be cooling in 24 hours but it's been almost 24 hours and the temperature inside hasn't changed. We waited almost 3 weeks to get someone to come and neither issue with the refrigerator is fixed 😔

Made the problem worse instead of fixing it

While he was very friendly, he did not do the job that he was supposed to. The control module went out on my dishwasher, which is what he was there to fix. After swapping the modules out he never tested the dishwasher to see if it was fixed. Shortly after he left I tried to see if the dishwasher worked correctly and it didn't. Now my dishwasher will not do anything but flash error codes. This is very frustrating considering it took 3 weeks for them to even show up and attempt to fix the dishwasher.

Was interesting complaining cause of cord on frig/ took 2 calls about 25 minutes long and we got charged for that time!! Never asked if we wanted gasket ordered just did it!!interrupted me speaking cause I interrupted him!!Because he told me I needed to get an electric person out here to put plug behind frig,that's been running off exstention cord for 22 years!! We don't feel we should have been charged that much and never had paper to cancel order
