Extremely impatient technician
Not only Sears makes you stay all day at home waiting for the technician to arrive between eight and five but also they send a technician which is extremely impatient

Kitchen Dishwasher Repair
I receives a text message indicating I was going to have an agent come o today. The Oder in the system was documented busy your staff incorrectly for s stove repair. My initial request over two months ago was for my dishwasher. This is the fourth time my appointment has been canceled or rescheduled. I have been trying yo get my dishwasher address since July 2023. At this point if I could give you a negative star it would not reflect to poor service I have received.

Bad service
He made a mess by blowing the dust all over the kitchen. He replaced the Part with one he had on hand but it wasn't the correct part. Thats the part that concerned me.

Never showed up
This is the second time yall were scheduled to repair the stove. At least on the first trip he showed up. He did repair anything on that trip. I voiced my concern about sending him out again, since his initial diagnosis was "we don't work on Thor stoves". I was assured he would fix it this time. Wasted another day waiting for him to show up. Watched his progress on eta move from 1:45 to 2:45 and he called with an eta of 3:45. He never showed up nor communicated with me again. He wouldn't even answer my call when I called to determine his whereabouts. He did complete the paperwork as if he actually came out. I am receiving emails to acknowledge his visit and sign off on his work. If yall do not work on Thor products, do not accept the work order. If you do you need to send a repairman that is capable. The assigned repairman should be reprimanded and trained to do his job. More importantly, someone needs to communicate this totally unacceptable behavior as a repairman. I will insure that others are aware of this through all avenues (BBB, Facebook, Trustpilot).

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED
I wanted to have my washer and especially my dryer cleaned. Maybe the washer got cleaned. The dryer did not. I was told that I would need to make a different appt and have the motor and rollers replaced. Or just buy another dryer. MY DRYER WORKS. It does make too much noise when running. But shouldn't the lint have been cleaned out? I saw NO evidence that it had been. And that was my MAIN REASON for scheduling the service. After the tech had gone, my husband took a coat hanger and cleaned 1/2 grocery bag of lint JUST UNDER THE REMOVABLE LINT TRAP. I feel sure the rest of the dryer is similarly full. Very dismayed and very disappointed. Not likely to recommend this service to anyone else.

Very unsatisfied with sears in general
After multiple technicians coming out and not being able to fix refrigerator. This one sat in van for a long time when arrived and was cursing while in my house complaining.

Didn't do any repairs.
I had a technician scheduled to complete a repair on my range. He didn't complete any work and said he couldn't get through to "technical support" and told me I needed to reschedule another technician and then left. A few minutes later I got an email with a receipt showing that the ticket was completed. So now I'm being transferred back and forth on the phone to try and get this resolved and I still don't have a working range. Beyond frustrated.
