Broke our microwave brace over stove
He fixed the microwave but broke the brackets that hold the microwave up. We can no longer use our microwave

Third Visit, Dishwasher Still Broken
Charles is the third Sears technician to come out to fix my dishwasher (after Daniel K and Mahmood) and much like the other two, he left without fixing my dishwasher after I already paid. However he's the first one to claim I need a plumber to fix an elbow fitting which you would think is something an appliance technician should be able to handle. Much like the others, he saw a complicated repair job and came up with whatever excuse he could think of to not do the work (Mahmood claimed he didn't have the parts he needed without telling me what part was missing, Daniel K took a quick look and said he needed parts that Mahmood claims were insufficient). I expect a full refund seeing as my dishwasher was never fixed and I'm now told Sears can't fix it. I had a different company come out and fix my dishwasher with no issues a day later. Didn't need a plumber.

Unprepared
Came to fix the washing machine and couldn't even start it up. Even though the parts were installed and everything. As they said it "it didn't come with the instructions."

5 days to get service and no repair completed
it took an exceptionally long time to get the appointment completed. they initially said they'd be there the day after we reached out, but then rescheduled it for 4 days later, so it was 5 days from the initial request to the actual appointment. then, the repair person couldn't replicate the problem, so it's still not resolved.

Washer repairs
He came in looked at it and said he did not see nothing wrong with the washer! He told my wife to use it that he did not see anything wrong with the washer! I have water all over my garage floor again! I took pictures to show you or him the evidence of water coming out from the bottom of the wadhet! 😡😤😠🤬

So disappointing
Luis walked in and said the problem was because the heat button was not pushed on the dishwasher. We had to explain the information provided in the repair request to even get him to look further at the dishwasher. He open the bottom panel and said we needed a pump, but he couldn't fix it because it needed a flex hose and a turn off valve. he never removed anything from under the sink to look and see that there is already a flex hose there and a turn off valve. He spent more time on the phone outside then he did looking at the Dishwasher.

John-great service; Sears warranty service is deplorable
I scheduled a warranty service for our washer online on 9/18 for 9/26 between 8:00 & 5:00. I stayed home all day on 9/26 to await the service technician. At 4:30 we received a text that our appointment was canceled and rescheduled for 10/3, another week out with no washer. No call, no consult to ensure that date was acceptable. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone being transferred and disconnected numerous times to find out what happened. I was eventually told that the service tech was overbooked and that it happens all the time by a woman who was very difficult to understand. When the rescheduled time finally arrived the problem was repaired in about 45 minutes. The "overbooking" and rescheduling another week out is unacceptable! We pay good money for this service and to be treated like this is totally unacceptable.
