Nothing fixed
Frustrated with him not being able to fix the problem b/c Sears doesn't pay for repair if a technician breaks something trying to make the repair. Another repair person needs to be sent out to attempt replacement of parts. However, the first technician took the parts. We are not sure if he didn't know how - he seemed frustrated. Please send another technician. We waited all day. SEPT 21 bc we got notice a tech would come between 8 and 5. No one called or showed up. Not pleased with Sears service up to this point.

I give him a zero because now my dryer is making a lot of noise and not drying. So now I have to call and set up another technician to come out and actually fix my dryer

diswasher rack repair
Your technician was very informative and pleasant. But the estimate I got just to fix by diswasher rack was exorbitanet. over 600.00. I found out later I could order the parts i need online sears direct for 59.00 total. I think I got gyped by a repair call charge. He didnt do anything!

Washing machine
It was horrible. I have a back door that goes right to the washing machine. He didn't want to walk into the front of my house because of an ammonia smell he said. I had puppy pads and little dogs. Don't smell like ammonia. They say they can't come back anymore and I am livid. Well, he did say that they probably can't come back. What about my warranty?

Unable to perform repairs.
Highly disappointed with the service provided, as it was totally useless. "Technician Comments Sealed system failure,internal tubing restricted,non repairable.pd " So, either Gary is totally incompetent, or my Kenmore Elite 795.71323.413 refrigerator was a total waste of money. It is 5 years old.

Technician is great, but Sears Sucks
Sears gave us 8-5 window for a 5 min repair job. When they booked it we asked last technician that whether this appointment can be in the afternoon or not. So he said yes. Now Sears sent us a time range on a Saturday with all our plans lined up for the morning at 8.50am, the technician called us saying that the dispatcher already dispatched them for these area and they cannot come in the afternoon. Before this when we kept our whole day free, they came at 4.00pm. I am so wondering how a technician appointment can span 8 hours? It is a full day's job for someone who needs some repair for 5 minutes. They just get away with this system because they tread on people's difficult situation. Really dissatisfied with Sears. One star is just for the great technician and his great service. That has nothing to do with Sears.

I Should Have Gone With GE
I have all GE appliances in my kitchen and normally use GE for repairs. I called around and Sears was able to come next day to repair the refrigerator. I decided to go this direction. From the moment I opened the door for the technician, I felt something was odd. He was standing on my porch and it took him a minute to realize I had opened the door. When he finally turned his head to face me he seemed a bit shocked (never had this happen before). I led him to the kitchen and he began to look at the appliance. I hung around for the first few minutes then went into the next room and sat down. I heard him say "Do you have the owner's manual?" At this point I became a bit concerned. I did have the manual and I gave it to him. He tinkered for a bit longer then asked me how much I was tied to the refrigerator because it was going to cost me over $1,000 to repair it. When I aske him what was the problem, he couldn't explain it. He also didn't seem confident the repair would fix it. He asked me to accept a phone call to bill me for the call. Then he handed me a paper towel with the amount of the bill and told me that was my receipt. (I did get an electronic receipt). This was the strangest repair call I have ever had and will not be going in this direction again. I will wait a few extra days for GE. Customers should never feel uncomfortable in their own homes. Disturbing.

4 trips and still no repair made
Our first appointment went fine. Joe said he diagnosed the problem and we needed a new part. I asked that the part be shipped to his office since we live in Georgia and don't live at the condo. We wouldn't be there all the time and wanted to make sure the part didn't get stolen. Each appointment day was met with a call, from Joe, asking if the part had arrived. Each time, I reminded Joe that the part was supposed to be mailed to his office. Beyond frustrated that it has been over a month, and my dishwasher is still not repaired. I asked to speak to his manager, and he said I couldn't. I wouldn't use Sears again. This is poor customer service. Then, I get charged for service that wasn't made. He didn't even go to my condo. I'll be addressing that today.
