Broke my detergent door and washer not fixed
The door won't shut now and the washer is now leaking on the floor. Please send someone else to fix this !!!!

The Dillards
The darn thing is not working at all after 4 different technicians have been out over the past eight weeks and each saying a different thing and or ding a different part. We are losing lot of food, time and money! Motor, fan, circuit board, thermostat annd ice maker all replaced and now the fridge does not work at all. We we first call it simply was not working on one side OMG, send out a Senior Technician already!

Was Rude and disrespectful
Dismissed what my parents told him and came in with his biassed opinion of what he believes happened. Continued to say yes been doing this for 40 yrs as to say he didn't believe them . Knowing my parents are immigrants and have language barrier he kept insisting they should of read the fine print on the contract knowing they cannot read English ..that's when I stepped in and explained to him how rude he was being ..I don't think he expected me to speak English but I I told him how condescending he was being and it was not appropriate.. he had no Choice but to own up to his attitude and ended up apologizing.he admitted he knew that they could not read English and him asking if they read fine print over and over was wrong . I hope this can be resolved or someone else with a better attitude can come back . I don't trust his report and what he noted.. moving forward please send someone else . I will continue to fight this issue because this stove is brand new and broke on its own they deserve a solution . Not a teddy telling them they are lying subliminally.

Not helpful
He came back three times and the problem is still not solved. Now when I use the washing machine water floods out of the bottom of the unit causing serious fire and safety concerns. I'm going to end up having to replace the unit most likely instead of relying on Sears and it's staff to get the job done.

Your technician was terrific.
The ability to get an appointment or get assistance is extremely difficult. If one needs to talk to someone to get help it is almost impossible. Most frustrating!!!! I'm about ready to change companies. Please change your telephone prompts to allow getting to a person easier.

Not Good
He came to my house, made a quick assessment as to the problem with my oven. Then he ordered a part. Telling me that the part would arrive in a few days. I was at MDAnderson for cancer treatment when he came back to repair. My wife was home. He took the stove apart to change the part, then put it back together. He then left without saying anything to my wife who was in the other room. I saw this on my alarm camera. He then drove off. The next day on my American Home shield account it said we successfully repaired your oven. It is yet not working. This is unacceptable. My stove has only been in use for 16 months. Yet looks new. In his notes it said my oven had been abused and my warranty was voided. This is no true. We were never told this. He said nothing when he left my house after repair attempt. This is no way to do business. I take care of my 94 year mother and need my oven. I've been very patient to get this resolved. Seems I will need to seek legal counsel. Not Happy

Communication was horrible
The step they told me after I scheduled a maintenance call was not followed they said they were supposed to call and do a pre call to do troubleshooting ect over the phone and that didn't happen because I gave all the information for the dryer and he could've told me it would cost a new dryer for him to fix it. He called in the morning saying that he don't do what we were asking and didn't say nothing after that he just showed up unannounced no warning or anything took 5 mins and told us it will cost close to 600 dollars he didn't look up the part or anything unless he looked it up before coming and knew what he was doing and just getting money from people. Will never use this company again.
