Review
Tech was informed I would save ice and took out a bowl, He used his screwdriver to chop my ice so I could/would not save it. I do not require "dirty" ice. He could have asked for a clean utensil from me. After I pointed it out to him, he shook his head as if I was being unreasonable. Further, tech signed the form in my absence, i.e., he did not ask for my signature. I find that fraudulent. Did, apparently, get the job done. Deserves credit for that.

Chris shouldn't have a job!
Chris was at my house on August 7th to look at my sick dishwasher and did nothing. He said it works so that is all he cared about. He came on September 20 to look at my sick refrigerator. Again did nothing except he said call again within 30 days. On October 3rd a really great technician came and diagnosed it with several potential problems. Today, Chris was assigned to finally fix my fridge …showing up 2 hours earlier than the tracker predicted and said he didn't show that anyone had been at my house 3 days before!!! His comment again was "it's working and there is no problem" . I quickly threw him out of my house and Chris will never be allowed in my house again. Arrogant and lazy - and apparently does not know how to do his job. I don't recommend Sears to anyone. So this one star rating is actually a minus 5

A day off work for a no-show.
The technician was polite and courteous, and he had no idea that he was a day late. I took the day off work and waited in the timeframe. They gave me 9 o'clock to 6:00 PM. Sears home services did not reach out to me in a phone call, email or text to let me know that there will be no Technician showing up. I went on their automated services and got the runaround for about an hour and a half to two hours complete waste of time. I canceled the appointment at 7:00 PM because obviously no one was going to show up. I rebooked them online because there is no other way to get of them. I was constantly trying to call their number. It rings gets busy then hangs up. Finally someone showed up at the door next day. Very disappointed in the Sears home service. Not a very good start to a year-long contract.

Thor Ice Maker repair
I'm dissatisfied with the service I received from Veennath. My Thor ice maker is still not working. It doesn't turn on and he left a mess. Parts were in the ice bin and left without communicating anything to my wife who was at home. Please send another Technician to complete the work,

Cinch sent the wrong technician
I need someone to repair a leaking pipe providing water to my boiler. Several technicians have tried but failed to stop it. I need a PLUMBER who is familiar with boilers. Solomon is not a plumber and is not familiar with boilers. It's not his fault that he was unable to fix the problem. It was Cinch's fault for sending the wrong kind of technician.

Not happy
He was very rude, did not talk with anyone and was asked if he could help with putting the vent back on . He said it wasn't his job!!!! Really

online system inconvenient
The gentleman doing the repair was wonderful. However somehow the system pulled information for a family member not me the actual client. Then sent a confirmation email telling me the repair tech would be going to the wrong address and giving an alternate phone number that was never entered by the scheduler. Tried to call never could get a real person or to anyone that could help for that fact, just kept getting hung up on by the system.

Don't know what he is doing
He said roach was on one burner only one burner working and my brother bunk the burner to work my husband is a blind Veteran … as for me I think it's more than that …. So

Poor quality service and customer service
Service Tech diagnosed a water valve replacement for a non functioning ice maker without doing any service (he was guessing). After the part came in, he replaced the part and then left. Hours later still no ice and started having water leaking from water dispenser. Called customer service at that time and was told that dispatch would call me to have tech return. Never heard from dispatch. The next morning I called again and was told they would schedule the tech to return but if there was another issue I would be responsible for parts and labor. I was upset because in my opinion I already paid for a part that was unnecessary and the tech did not do a proper diagnosis in the first place. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was informed none was available but they would call me back later in the day. Not surprisingly, I did not receive a call back. I paid for an unnecessary part and a labor and diagnostic fee that was not adequately performed.
