Washer repair
I'm very dissatisfied with the service that was provided. Technican told the person waiting at the house he can't read the model#, serial# it's smired/ faded out. So she calls me and asked about it. I said there should be another place on the washer with the numbers. Technician states he looked and can't see any other placeand unless I can provide it there is nothing he can do and he left. I got home to check on the numbers and find out all he had to do is scan the QR code right next to the smired/faded # to get the model# and serial #. Guess that was to much work for a Friday afternoon 😒. Sure hope this Technician will not be send back for my service request

Joseph never showed up for this appointment
I am not happy with the service I have received from Sears thus far... they ha e shipped five different parts to my home that the technician have not installed. The diagnostic of the dishwasher has been different from each technician which I have had four different people. It's been two months and my dishwasher is still broke!!!]

Do not use A &E for your appliance repair
Today was the 3rd visit by the same repair man to fix my ice maker. Put aside having to take 3 days off from work for the repair, there is still no ice. Both parts that were ordered should have been installed at the last repair not between 2 repairs. Repair man raised his voice at myself and my husband because of our frustration that he was giving us no guarantee that the problem was fixed. Called PC Richards and said this repair man and his company A&E were no longer welcomed at our house.

Horrible Way to run a business
I called on 25 Sep. with a broken refrigerator. First appointment was 11 days later. Was called by a tech 2 days later and he diagnosed the problem as the compressor. Said the tech would bring one. Tech showed up today, no compressor. When I relayed I was not happy since I was told he would bring one, the tech got annoyed, told me all these appliances were crap and he'd have to order a compressor and get back to me in another 11 days. I told him I was not happy and he stormed out cancelled the repair and now Sears wants me to wait another 11 days for another appointment so they can come out and order the part I need. This is under warranty! I called a local repair shop and they will have the part in 3 days. I will never buy a Kenmore again and DO NOT use Sears home warranty!

Absolutely the worst and most inconsiderate service team
Beginning to end dealing with Sears and its technicians has been a nightmare despite paying for an extended warranty program. Washing machine leaked and flooded, requiring an insurance claim against our home policy, despite it being a Samsung problem. Sears tech team did not take this seriously but after 6 visits, finally acknowledges that there was a leak and replaced the parts. To rub salt in the wound, the tech was against the idea of writing up the full report and uploading pictures which show the cause of leak "because it was too much work to do."

Terribly disappointing
Sears repair service has always had a great reputation. Not anymore. Granted that our washer is old but under warranty. Our specific problem was it not draining under certain conditions. The service person's solution was to not use the large load setting. He then declared it was working perfectly! Not draining is a big problem. Sears service has lost a VERY long time customer.

No work done again
Never showed up again, this is now three (3) days that I missed work and he forged my signature on a document that I had approved the work. There should be legal action for forging my signature.

Dryer
Sears Repair company. Its the worse. We had 2 appointments. No one showed up. On Friday, than Monday. I found a different company. We are happy with them. A actual person, you can talk to.....

No clarity on what services he was called in for
Called in for simple repair and cleanup. Not happy with the quote of 800 dollars for a 600 dollars stove range.
