Bad customer service
No one show up for my appointment today. No one call. I tried calling the number provided and just busy and got cut off. I reschedule and now it is another 10 days out. Not acceptable! I am not happy with Choice. More of a bad choice!

Horrible odor
I explained that there was still that awful moldy odor caused by a previous technician who didn't connect the line on my freezer. Marshall was expecting an electrical or Freon smell. He said he didn't smell anything, but then said the smell on my packages of meat won't leach into the food because they are in plastic bags. He said nobody ever calls for smells like that. It is absolutely horrible!

Non communicative and not helpful.
I am a Sears Home Warranty member and due a mistake in what was presented to me via your misleading email and text messages I paid for a diagnostic service when it was not necessary. I plead for a credit or refill to no avail. Very disappointed with Sears Home Services.

was SUPPOSED to be a washer repair
Absolutely horrible & I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Danny C. came out to our house for a broken lid on our washing machine. He tried ordering the part but couldn't find the order number so right in front of me he called and ordered the lid along with a lid lock for some reason. I was told he would be back in a week to replace the parts. 2 weeks have gone by and he calls to ask ME if I got the parts and had no idea what I was talking about with the lid. I let him know only a lid lock has been delivered and no lid which is the whole reason for a repair. He basically was no help after that saying that he couldn't find the order number so he asked someone else to order it and they must not have. He changed his story several time and was just basically saying whatever he could think of it seemed. He had no answer as to when it would be in and wanted to know if he could install the lid lock to "make his boss happy" this is absolutely unacceptable and I'm stuck without a way to wash clothes for my family. I'm beyond disappointed in the lack of professional from Danny.

Lost some $ waiting
Didn't arrive at appt, called at 5pm, the end of the window saying that Best Buy shouldn't have scheduled him, they need whirlpool.

Did more harm than good
This was the third service call for the same issue. My freezer has not been cooling correctly. When the tech came out today, he told me we have a Freon leak. Once he left the freezer stopped working at all and now the refrigerator is not cooling either. I am worse off after the service call than before. In addition, I already spent a large chunk of money on a replacement part that the tech today informed me had nothing to do with my issue.

Horrible service
No work was done after the third visit! Because they keep sending one person out and it's a two person job! On top of that I can't get through to talk to anyone at the phone number

Still broken
Our freezer is still broken. We've been doing this since July when you guys came to fix our ice maker and somehow broke the freezer. Still not working as a freezer.
