Dishwasher
I had them come to fix my dishwasher through my home warranty and they said they felt it was some build up in the bottom. Then proceeded not to clean the build up and just put it back together. I had them come to fix it and they left the problem!

Service and repairs
I have had several appointments which were cancelled and rescheduled. When the service technician showed up at the 1st appointment repairs were supposedly done the 2nd visit I was told that a part was needed the part was ordered received 3 days later where a technician was scheduled to come out that appointment however was rescheduled by Sears. The part was finally put on a couple of days later and the hot water heater working fine for 4days. We now once again do not have hot water

Guessing?
He was nice but was here only five minutes. Came in with no tools. Did not take back off washer or anything. Just said motor bad.

Fridge repair
Repair tech has been out 3 times could not resolve the issue. 3rd time they came out unprepared for tools. Asked me to sign a waiver for any damage caused is not covered by their company. Had them leave and will have to find a company that stands behind their work and any damages caused by inept workers.

Rude
Michael was rude. The cost to fix the problem was way over priced as well. I won't be using Sears or affiliates anymore.

Nothing Done
Tech showed up, ran dishwasher, no code. Said it was a mounting issue. Wouldn't mount it correctly as he said the tech before that was here did it. Said to run it. Not 10 minutes after he left the "HRF" code came up again. I'm at wits end and don't know what to do

Unhappy today
Nice technician turned up yesterday as planned to replace water inlet valves on my 4 year old Electrolux washer. I used it successfully this morning but then right after the wash cycle noticed the power button not working. I could not turn it off. Disconnected it from power source and replugged after a few minutes. Now machine will not power up at all.

Refrigerator still not working
Refrigerator still not working - so this guy showed up on the first trip and ordered all the parts he thought that he needed. He showed up the next week before the parts arrived and he even said he made a mistake so we cannot repair but the tracking showed him the repair parts were coming the following day so we confirmed that he would come after 1 o'clock my wife is home. He showed up the following day at 10 AM and did not text or call Les just showed up and then left it took us 2 to 3 weeks to get a technician in as they kept canceling our appointments due to no available provider. When he came back to install all the parts he said give the fridge 24 hours to work well it's been about a week and it still does not work it's actually hotter with The fridge running about 62° and the freezer at 52° and now it has taken us several months to get a simple repair done this is out of control and anytime we call customer service to hear the issue of having a refrigerator down for so long unfortunately nothing has been done about it. We need this fixed asap!
