Awful. Parts were back ordered. When parts came in it was difficult to schedule the appointment. Waited for 3 entire days to get ice maker fixed and it still doesn't make ice

GE MonoGram Refrigerator

My refrigerator side was overcooling and everything inside was frozen below 0 deg F. So we called Sears. Technician made 4 trip with two weeks apart order and replace Temperature sensor and damper. Within couple of hours temperature on both sides reached above 70degF. Now my fridge is warmer then outside. We called Sears right away instead they reschedule for following week. Today the technician cancelled the appt without telling us why and pushed my appointment for 2 more weeks. I have no fridge to use. Shouldnt they fix it ASAP when the technician broke it. Now I cant use either side. I am living out of Icebox.

He accepted our job with knowing that our appliance is LG; however, he refused to fix it because he is not working with LG. Why did he accept the job at the first place? He could have saved us and himself time!

Bad one

The tech was fine on this visit. The first tech 3 weeks ago incorrectly diagnosed problem and you sold me a new ice maker that I did not need. Issue has nothing to do with ice maker. I am not very pleased with your run around. Won't use you ever again.

Fridge maintenance

Gani did not clean under, around or behind appliances. I guess he was afraid to use vacuum cleaner. Prefer a different service man, really had a language barrier.

The repairman left before the cycle was done running. I went into the kitchen and there was water on the floor. I immediately called him but he said he was at his next appointment and he couldn't come back because the company doesn't want him to work after 5:00.

Very bad. I am not blaming William. I'm blaming Sears. First you gave me a date to come to my house. And you changed it the same day for a week later. I told youthat the pin on the door brok. The note was on the notification for William. You Still charged me over $100 to confirm that. And wanted to charge me ove $400 to replace a pin that can not cost more that maybe $5. I prefer to but a New washer not from you. Now I know way you (SEARS) went backrupt. I Will but a New ss I said. And as I said NOT from sears.
