It's still broken

A & E has been to my house SIX times to repair the ice maker on the refrigerator door (July 20; August 2, 17, 23; September 20, 28). After 6 attempts, I'm worse off than before they started. Now my freezer doesn't work and the ice maker in the freezer doesn't work. And their answer is to send someone out again!

LG refrigerator

I asked the technician to leave your company information so that I could have warranty company approve your repairing the LG refrigerator. He did not leave it. It's as if he doesn't want to do the work.

Refrigerator repair

Refrigerator is still not working correctly. The technician failed to shut off the icemaker button and it still isn't working because the icemaker button will not go off. Unit is silicone shot from previous repair. This is unacceptable on how your maintenance company came in and out it will not defrost the icemaker we just tried it. This is your job to fix this icemaker. For the record the filter is 2 months old

0 Stars - Not happy at all with the service. Technician barely look under machine, determined the problem - suspension rod broken - looked up a part on his phone and told my wife that it was not possible to fix it because there were no parts for it. As soon as he left, my wife went online and bought the suspension rods - on the same site apparently. So thanks for wasting my time and money with this technician. NEVER AGAIN! Maybe I should get a job with you guys and pay me to drive around and take advantage of homeowners… just unbelievable.

Washer

Basically he just gave us an opening of why the washer makes a grinding noise, dosent spin as fast as before, and why the clothes are still wet at the end. So, no issues was resolved. He did not open or check under the washer. I will be calling my insurance to open a new claim.

Horrible Service

Donald W. came out on 9-27-23 to replace a water pump in my dishwasher. He called me stating that no one was home. I ask him to knock harder because someone was there. He raised his voice saying "I DID KNOCK" so I could tell he really didn't want to be there, he was acting like he was ready to leave. So I called my tenants and they let him in. He was there for exactly 5min and stated that he can't remove the dishwasher and I needed to have it removed. I advised him that he can lower the legs on the dishwasher and unscrew the top screws in the bracket connecting to the countertop and it will slide out. He refused to even attempt to do that and said I need to remove it. I advise him that its his job to do it. He then got very nasty and argumentive. Yelling and threatening my tenants. So I said I will do it and remove the dishwasher myself. It took me less then 5 minutes to do. After I removed it. He stated he had to leave and will reschedule for Thursday 28th. He returned and replace the parts. And he didn't screw the bracket back to the countertop or level the legs back to the floor. He just left the dishwasher unsecured. He didn't even put the bottom cover back on. I took pictures as well. The worst experience I have ever had dealing with a repair company. If he represents this company. I see why you guys have terrible reviews. I will NEVER use this company again. It's impossible to even contact anyone by phone to let them know how awful their techs are. I can't even give this company a 0 star review Thus company is worst then 0.

Service sucks

My wife originally called in August and was given a service date of Sept 12th the service tech came and diagnosed a faulty temp switch and ordered the part and said it should be 2-3 days for switch to arrive, and set a date for the 18th to install the switch. I received texts saying that tech would be here next day!! The 18th arrived but no tech. We tried to call service but got automated messages and no help in finding out about when tech was coining. The tech that was here left his card so we called him, He said that he quit working for Sears repair that its wasnt worth what they were paying!! My next was to call and reschedule to have switch installed on Sept 28th. The tech came today and was done in less then 45 mins. I find this totally unacceptable, we had to throw away everything in the refrigerator. Even the tech that came said that sears treats them horribly and if they keep it up they wont have anyone working for them. We took the contract so that's this wouldn't happen! Im seriously thinking about not renewing it. Whos gonna pay for all the food I lost, why wasn't I notified that my appointment on the 18th was not going to happen when i understand that the 1St tech quit right after diagnosing the bad switch. Please call or email me with a resolution on my loss of food and use of my appliance due to your inconpatance!!

There were not any live roaches only dead ones. That's not the problem. The right burner that has not been working has been coming on at odd times. I was not satisfied with the repairman. Please do not send him back again. Last year he worked on my washer and said that he ordered the parts and never came back. This year I called about the washer repair and Randal came out and ordered the right parts and fixed it. I want Randal to always fix my appliances. Do not send Eric to my house. And I would like a 2nd opinion on my range. Mahalo

Washer repair

The repairman was very rude & refused to talk to me, the owner. He just told my caregiver to repeat what he said to me. He is unfit to do repairs, due to age, & condition. He didn't want to wear a mask or wear booties. He left right away, saying I need a plumber. I asked for a referral, because already had a plumber tell me I that I need washing machine repairman.

Poor customer service

The technician fixed the issue, BUT I did not like his customer service. The first time he was here to check the issue he was so rude and hostile. Today, the second time he came, was a bit better. Overall, I definitely would lot want him back to service my machines, solely because of his horrendous attitude. His snarky remarks made the whole experience so uncomfortable. Someone like that shouldn't do this for a living if he hates to be around people so much as he shows it.
