Refused to fix the freezer, gasket needs to be replaced because there's ice forming in the freezer around the door. Very unprofessional technician

Bad service
I get a last minute call for service and the technician stated that he was not going to wait for me more than 10 minutes. Technician was very rude and I wouldn't recommend their service.

Poor job
My washer is still not fixed even though I pointed out that it was still having the problem I originally called to have fixed. I am so dissatisfied with the whole thing, I paid good money for this warranty. It took four appointments before he showed up, I waited 3 wks for him to finally show up. I stayed home waiting. I am so fed up

Icemaker replacement

Incorrect diagnosis and left me with a headache
Aziz was nice enough to call me and explain me the issue since I was not home. But one I got home and checked the fridge I could tell he diagnosed it in correctly. I was informed by him that the issue is the ice maker and that Samsung will have to take care of it due to a law suit they have for it. He also told us he could not open the ice maker as it was frozen. I opened it as soon as I got home and that was not the problem. The fan in the fridge is constantly making a rattling sound and it's not coming from the ice maker. Now I have to escalade the case and talk to my home warrenty company 3 days later while hearing the constant rattling sound from the fridge that might go bad because of a bad diagnosis by Aziz. I am extremely annoyed and it was a waste of time and money.

Still not working after 3weeks
Came out to install pump after leaving still receiving the same error code on my machine and it won't cycle on to the next phase of washing. On top of that I has to miss 3 days of work due to the fact they would schedule a repair from 8am to 5p. Only not to show up and say they would come the next day and they dont!

Repair
The repair person came out replace a part. Did not check and make sure it was working. Said ok all done. I put in a load of clothes and it is still not working.

No service received
I'd give a zero as a rating if I could, but not an option. Josue B the tech was scheduled to come out 4-5 times after showing up the first two times and has not shown up for any of the visits including today and then closes the case. I think he hasn't shown up because he wasn't even sure why he had to show up a second time for a second opinion. He apparently put in the wrong thing saying parts unavailable when he should have said freezer Is not repairable. So someone may need to update him. I also think that someone in the office should be able contact their technicians directly not just through the automated system. I've taken off work and missed time for all those visits. Not very professional!! Therefore I can't give a rate on his performance.
