Irate Customer Alert!
The service man did not know how to service my dishwasher. I was told my lower water wall was broken & needed to be replaced when that was not accurate! It only needed to be snapped back into place which I learned from YouTube, then I fixed my own dishwasher. I WANT MY $ BACK b/c I fixed my own dishwasher! I called the customer service line & after being transferred two time I spoke with an offshore woman by the name of Cynthia that pretended she didn't understand me. Following she transferred me again when I asked for the call survey. I thought Sears meant trust worthy & quality I was WRONG! If I do not get a call back with issue resolution I begin my own action for refund.

Technician never showed up or rang bell & Customer waiting
I was waiting for the repairman. He just put a yellow slip stating he has come which cannot be true. I was in the house waiting. Such repairmen should be fired without any further talk. I am not going to pay any thing and rescheduled on oct 19 instructions: Please ring the bell and has a record of the face in my google video and ADT

Broke a part I already replaced and said it was defective.
The guy comes and ends up breaking a part I recently replaced, then says it was defective. Meanwhile he was talking to another tech on the phone, and then the other guy apparently diagnosed the problem while not even being here or testing anything. Then he charged me, because he "diagnosed " the issue. He didn't prove the part he broke was defective, because if it was, I could have got a refund because it was still under warranty, instead the part is broke and can no longer be returned. It was a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Still unfixed
Tech has been out multiple times and has still not fixed our dryer. We've been without a fryer for several weeks. Completely dissatisfied.

GE Monogram
Sears sent a person who said they cain't work on our refridgerator. Waited over a month for this appointment. Why did they schedule this technician??

Would not recommend
They scheduled and rescheduled our apt 5 times. They would not call or text saying they were not showing up. It was not until the following day They notified us that they were rescheduling. My refrigerator broke Aug 9th. The first time they came out was Aug 25. The parts were here by Aug 27. They did not actually show up to fix it until Oct 17! They were impossible for me or my warranty company to get a hold of. I would not recommend!

Worst ever worker
Worst ever experience. First technician showed us exactly what the problem was. Reconnecting two wires. 15 minutes. We already paid almost half the value of the entire dishwasher. The second technician came with entire different explanations. Anyway, please give full refund

4 visits.. 5 weeks.. more and more money.. new problems.. more parts needed.. once it ran the transmission went out 2 weeks later.. sad since i had that repair done not 2 years ago.. my nick name at Sears must be the golden calf... thanks for nothing and wasting my time.. now to junk this lump in my shed.

Very disappointing - Sears service caused worse problem
After many delays and postponements by Sears, beginning in July, your technician finally came on October 6 to repair the door hinges on our LG dishwasher. The dishwasher had been working normally prior to that. Only the door hinge was the issue. After your technician left, during the first load that we ran, the dishwasher stopped working. It began making a very loud buzzing / whining sound and would not complete the wash cycle. Repeated attempts to run it all had the same result. I have contacted your technician repeatedly by text and phone messages, but he has not responded. This is unacceptable. The machine was working properly before he came to fix the door and immediately after that it stopped working. This is almost certainly not a coincidence. The overall experience with Sears service has been terrible and unprofessional.
