Very Adamant, reckless answering to the customer
Very adamant and irrelevant answers when I ask questions to him, unprofessional manner. Sears Technician - Very bad to your business. My rating is Zero Star

Unbelievably irresponsible
I had my dryer timer and button replaced. Technician moved it away and by doing so disconnected vent. He proceeded to replace the parts and when done, turned the dryer on and said all is done. Only after I stated that nothing is coming out of the vent outside, he said "oh, you'll have to either do it yourself or call someone to re=contact the vent ". After questioned why would I have to do that, he said it's not correctly installed. I explained that it was professionally installed and had functioned until he disconnected it, he stated that he's not an instalation technician. When my husband insisted on him leaving the dryer in the state that he found it, he got his colegue (who was seating in the truck entire time) and they together contact it in such manner that it's just barely connected. Air is blown all=over the laundry under & behind the machine. They left abruptly just saying it is done. No goodbye or anything else. All of the lint that was stuck behind was left allover as well. Unbelievable irresponsible and awful service =man manners. I'm shocked to what degree of rudnes was displayed. Previous technician who had diagnosed the issue Mike was great but one, oh boy what a disappointment.

Stove PM
This was supposed to be a PM for our stove, perhaps he did what was required but ALL that was done was to turn on the burners and start the oven. There was NO "maintenance" done. When I said the oven door was streaked from between the glass, he said "that happens all the time and you have to take the door apart to clean it". I think it was a useless visit as we already knew the burners and the oven worked

Did not fixed my washing machine. He said there was no water pressure when I wash every single day.

Disrespectful, Rude, Arrogant, Sexually verbally inappropria
He comes in acting kind but made inappropriate comment about condom while working on washing machine last time he was at our house. Speaks in condescending manner. My young boys even said he was mean to my wife and rude after he left our house This time he again was rude. Wouldn't hear what we were saying. He said he didn't know what was causing dishwasher to leak but these parts are wrong the previous tech guy ordered. Asked him again what the cause of the leak was and he said he didn't know and he would replaced the parts as instructed. Asked him to run the dishwasher for 5 minutes to see if it was leaking. He said he did when in reality witnessed by my wife and father in law he only ran it for 10 seconds then opened the door. When asked again to please run it to see if it's leaking and he said no he was here to replace the parts ordered. After he left, my wife ran the dishwasher and it of course it was leaking still after just a minute of having it run a cycle. We have video to prove it. No woman by herself or woman with her children should be alone with this man in their house. He's disrespectful not hearing the customers, arrogant, inappropriate, and doesn't repair.

Unfamiliar with the appliance
The technician has not been able to fix it in three visits. At the same time, I must have received 20-3o emails and text messages from Sears, which was quite irritating and unnecessary
