Unsatisfied customer
Was given parts list and the parts some were not put in washer, the water pump is still in the box unopened. Washer settings all turned on now only half do and a new control board was supposed to be put in.

Leak. Dish washer
Bad leak after he left. Came to fix leak……it's much worse than before he started. Extremely disappointed and angry

Big Liar
This guy is a straight-up LIAR. Guy said he called numerous times, and I didn't answer, and he showed up, and no one was home. The crazy thing is, as he wrote all this madness, we were sitting outside and tracking the stops ahead. These technicians are a waste of time, they tell a lot of lies ad they actually come to your house and break the appliances to then come back numerous times to fix it. And and before I forget they sign signatures too saying they show up to your home without them actually coming. This guy isnt even smart to know people do have cameras on their homes to proove he didnt show up.

Dissatisfied
The technician never called or showed up today. This is the second time it has happened. I should not have to pay another service fee because Sears sent the wrong part to begin with. This has been the biggest debacle ever. There is no "live" person to speak with on your ridiculous automated phone system. I'm very dissatisfied and will end my service agreement if this is not rectified.

Terrible
The scheduled time for my service appointment was between 8am and 5pm. The tech called at 3:30pm and said he'd be at my house by 4pm. I told him I wouldn't be home until 4:15. He said he couldn't wait. I reminded him the appointment was from 8am until 5pm. He told me that's not how it works. I told him don't come back

WASHER REPAIR

Hot water heater
Terrible service I've been without hit water for over a month, they finally send someone out and know they tell me I have to find someone to fix it and they will pay smh

Not fixed
This service worked for one load of laundry. It will not work again. The same problem is occurring. Tub not filling. We are unable to do laundry

Homeowner
The service is terrible. This man said someone would be calling us today, Monday Oct 16. It is now 3:00 pm. I have been waiting all day. The claim number is L23090850120001. Our TV issue began on Aug 25. Sears needs to honor this protection agreement or face legal action. You leave me no choice. I certainly would not have waited 3 months to buy a new TV if I did not have a protection agreement. I expect an immediate response now!
