I observed no maintenance. He did a walk around and copied furnace identification numbers only. One star for being a nice guy

Jason's Service for Sears
Jason revealed his unprofessional side He was arogant And rude. I was helping my 93 years old mather-in-law With her broken washer. I'm located 1hr away from her house. Office sent me info message 'estimated service time at 10:21AM' I started to drive 9:00AM to be 20 min before the time. I received phone call from Jason at 9:40am stating he will be there in 10 min I asked Him to drive slowly so I can be on time; he replied - I will drive as I drive I asked to wait for me 10min . He replied- I'm not going to wait I have other job to do I explained that it is not my fault the time was given me by office. Replay - I don't care I'm setting the time and you should wait from 8am to 5am . I called the old lady and asked to open the front door. When I arrived I have asked 'what seams to be problem in respond he said ' you should introduce yourself first.

Worst experience ever
Horrible The worst Trench cane 3 times with 3 different parts to tell me the dryer is no good. 3 months and I still have not received my refund of 600

Rude and Unprofessional
Mahmood handed me his phone for a signature with no explanation as to what it was that I was signing. He was upset that I wanted to see what I was signing before I signed it and said I would see after I signed it. I told him it didn't work that way. He became agitated and had to reload everything. When he came back in the house he was agitated and I tried to diffuse the situation by telling him that it wasn't an unreasonable request that I see what it is that I'm signing. I told him I didn't understand why he was agitated. He denied being agitated when he clearly was. I tried to diffuse the situation again. He then showed me his phone and said see, I told you it was the estimate. I said I understand, thank you. I just wanted to see what I was signing. He started walking out the door and I said Wait, what are next steps? He sighed heavily, rolled his eyes, and said that it was out of his control but November 1st was the first available date. I said that was unacceptable. Again he said it was out of his control and began to escalate further. I asked him to please leave. I do not and will not have this person back in my home. It's hard to convey in a few short words how unsettling and how unsafe I felt. Additionally, he forged my signature on additional paperwork. A completely unacceptable interaction all the way around.

Poor service

Service Personnel you sent to me it's not knowledgeable
His diagnostic he did not test electronic board he needs more training thank you was roaches but I had electric surge I have not had a problem with roaches in 3 years I lost power due to the hurricane once power restored the oven and air conditioning was not working and would not come on he States because the roaches 3 years ago messed it up

Snowblower assessment
Horrible service. Claimed the gear box of the snowblower needs to be replaced- when according to Sears own website there can be several reason why the blades on the snowblower do not move. And they don't suggest replacing an expensive part. All this guy did was turn on the snowblower and did nothing else for determining what the issue is.
