After arriving around 8:30am Wade sat in his truck for 40 minutes before starting work. He spent less than 5 minutes checking the furnace. I requested a check on the thermostat or a/c unit since the air was not getting cool enough. He was just out on May 5th for a preventative maintenance check on the a/c and also spent only 5 minutes without checking the Freon level. He refuse to check Freon today. Please do not send Wade for any future service calls.

He closed my claim without completing work

Estimated arrival was 158pm and he showed up before 10 am and I was not home and he closed my ticket without completing job

The tech came in, didn't even bother to take his sunglasses off, spent maybe 5 minutes and said it's working fine and left. It's not working.

Gross Incompetence

My LG refrigerator does not make ice. You sent three technicians 3 different times each said that he fixed the problem, but they did not. I am now waiting for the 4th one to come. Also, one appointment was cancelled at the day! I have wasted 4 days waiting , with no results.

Waste of time

Lack of communication, no quote as promised, or returned calls, and after a rescheduled visit, they "say" they don't have my size door. Sounds like a crock of you know what!! And the other rep Jamie…no words

Waste of time

I entered my make and model of the refrigerator into the system, but the technician was unable to honor the warranty for my refrigerator because of the make and model.

Tech could not find the serial no and refused to call GE do I did but as he was walking out the door saying he could do nothing I tried to give him the info I had received a minute ago from Ge and he said he closed the order and refused to stay to fix . Gad to re call Sears and am promised soneone will come back today . We will see .

He was a very polite man but I don't think he knew what he was doing he never even turned my stove on to see what it was doing to make sure it was working properly or not he did absolutely nothing except to make sure there was nothing wrong with the wiring! It was a wasted trip here and a waste of my time to sit here all day and wait on him I'm not very satisfied at all!

CHARLES WAS NOT THE PROBLEM

My 3rd appt is on 10-5-23. My second appt was 9-28-23 and NOBODY called, nor did they show up to do the repair on our refrigerator. SEARS has become the WORST company in my opinion.
