Poor Service
Is it possible to give him a "0"? The ice maker STILL doesn't work, the freezer door no longer closes properly and he left with water running out from under the refrigerator. Check your records. We have had several technicians from your company try to fix the problem with no success. I don't know what it will take to get this resolved, but I can't recommend your company to anyone in good conscience.

Larry said he couldn't fix it as the part was no longer available. BUT, he did suggest that we buy the warranty, then he'd come back and fix it so it might last a few weeks. Then when it quit working again in a month, or so, the warranty would buy us a new machine. Sounded sketchy. We didn't accept that plan, so ended up just paying for the diagnostic,

What a mess
Technician was not prepared. He had the wrong information from Sears. Had a gas stove problem with heat issues. He said he was told the door on stove was broken??

Refrigerator repair
We need Omar to come back because the light no longer works and the some of the pieces were not put back on the top of the refrigerator when he adjusted the door. He was pleasant, but the everything is not back to normal.

Poor
We are very unhappy with our general service. Our refrigerator wasn't working. We waited 3 days for a diagnosis. Then 2 weeks for parts and service. One of the parts was not the correct part. So, one week since service, our refrigerator is not working again. Our time and loss of food is really troublesome. Debbie Mears

Thomas was the worst serviceman I have ever had. He pouted when I asked him to wear shoe covers. He told me it was the jars on the top of the frig that caused the noise. It is an intermittent noise. I know the noise came from the refrigerator. I am not stupid.. Then he Leaned on the refrigerator door, putting all his weight on the door. He also used the door handle to pull himself up from a squat position. After he left I noticed the door is now out of alignment. I can see gap in the door seal.

Never Came
Had a service scheduled for today 8/5 and no one called or came This was the second time for no show and I am not happy about it at all This is the worst thing ever to get this review and no one showed up Still have two non working appliances so no not even one star

Didn't do anything
Installed the part myself, asked him to order a part for my dryer (he was here for the washer) said he couldn't, I just wanted a new lint screen as mine is falling apart to save yet another trip by a tech. Wouldn't even look at it. But it doesn't matter nobody reads these anyway
