Furnance
Was told by a company that one of the rings for the heat exchanger is popped. We told the technician and he never looked, he just took his wand and checked for a carbon monoxide leak which none. We never said we had a carbon monoxide leak. The company who found the popped ring said that over time it could caused a monoxide issue as the gas Furnance continues to fire.

Attempted Washing Machine leak repair
Very unhappy with the quality of work provided by Joshua and his effort to successfully repair my washing machine on his second visit. Washing Machine required a new drain / fill hose replacement. The new part had a total of four connection points that required a secure and tight connection. Three out of the four connection points were poorly connected or not connected at all allowing a large amount of water leakage when the washing machine was attempted to be used. The problem that was created by the service technician was actually worse then then the original reported leak for repair. The technician reported to me that he had fixed the leak and departed my home. When I went to use the machine water poured out from underneath the machine. I was very disappointed. I then attempted to contact sears home services to have the service tech return to my home and found that to be extremely difficult for the sears home services call center to understand what I needed. Very frustrating! I paid a lot of money and invested a lot of my time to have this repair done correctly the first time. Also the automated service call program is not user friendly especially just trying to contact and speak with a real person.

not happy!! tech told me could not get part. I found part on line!! Now I have a busted Refrigerator. Sears should replace it for free or a possible Law suite could happen.

Dishwasher warranty repair
I was very disappointed in the repair service I received from Don: Don was cordial, but not friendly when he arrived he just had a negative vibe right off the bat…. I could feel he was not happy to be here…. He proceeded to try to fix the dishwasher… He found the problem pretty quickly, and then he realized after we talked that the appointment had been set up as a Service call versus a warranty call…. He called the service place in front of me. We got a hold of somebody that seem like she knew what she was doing. She said it was just set up wrong and they could just re-set an and they could just re-set up the ticket while he was here and that she would call the department and get right back to us with an updated ticket so we were on hold….. then someone else came on the phone and she couldn't help at all….I was trying to explain the situation Don had on speaker…. He huffs up grabs his phone and just walks out—I was astonished…. Just left me hanging….so I kept popping head out the front door, bc I wasn't sure what was going on…. He then proceeded to tell me that he was on the phone with a manager finally got through with a manager that is the whole problem w/ Seaers is you can never talk to a human being. I spent 3 hours setting up these appointments, the dishwasher appointment along with the refrigerator appointment to be on the same day because they make you block your entire day out they will not give you a window except from 8 to 5….. So basically, Dan said he had to leave and then I have to just reset a brand new appointment… I could not believe they could not replace the ticket with a warranty ticket so he just leaves and I had taken off of work for absolutely no reason because he leaves and I still have a broken dishwasher!!! And he was pretty rude about it all on top of that like it was my fault. They set it up wrong…. He promised me over and over. He would text me the right phone number to call and set it up correctly I nvr heard back!

Lack of Interpersonal Skills and Care
Today my grandfather had to have a replacement condenser installed for his window unit. My grandfather is 93 years old and he was told by the technician to pull the unit from the window. However, he was able to get my uncle to do it prior to today. Well, my grandfather had concerns about how he was going to get the unit back into the window. Therefore, he asked the tech if he would put it back and he said, "no". He was just there to service it. I'm still puzzled because I called, days prior and asked them if in fact my grandfather was responsible and the rep stated that, the tech should do it and that she didn't see in the notes where there was an issue with he doing it. Unless, it was abnormally large and it was not. So, I told the tech what I was told and he again, refused to do it and stated that, "we no longer do that". Thankfully, my son came by and picked it up himself but we struggled getting it properly secured in the window. My grandfather asked the tech if he would at least stay to ensure that I was working properly. While we still struggled to get the unit properly aligned, etc. The tech comes in without offering assistance and starts to watch the football game on TV. In addition, my son had blood on his arms and hands but he wasn't injured; therefore, the blood had to have come from my grandfather trying to help secure the unit. On top of that, when he was kneeling down beneath it and came up he bumped his head. This was the worse form of service, I have seen in my life! I would never watch an elderly person needing help and refuse to help! I came home with a sore back on top of that. I will be writing the corporate office also. I gave the score of one only because the unit was actually repaired! Do better by consumers because type of service is unacceptable!

Worst service ever by company!
Service on Fridge. I have a Service Agreement & told /confirmed when making appointment. We had 3 techs work on the fridge. When tech 1 arrived he told us what was wrong odered parts & asked for payment because it was a collect call. Ended up calling office which the worst automated service looping me around, putting on hold for 45min before able ro talk to a human. Ask to speak to techs supervisor which he was unable to find my contract. Finally speaking to a human from call center they could not find my contract via my name, address or phone number but finally found my service contract via my cc after arguing with them that I have been paying & they are charging me. Their system is so horrible. It would also be nice if they fixed the spelling of my name to match my cc & my real name (asked them to correct this several times). Tech #2 found 1st tech did not order correct parts so he found the problem & ordered more parts. Glad 2nd tech knew what was wrong! 3rd tech was fast efficient & repaired our fridge.

Babysitting washer. Daily.
I wish I had the money I wasted on a 5 year warranty. Replaced a stabilizer rod but my wife and I still have to babysit the washer and rearrange the clothes to finish the spin cycle. When you schedule something good luck on any kind of expediency.

Poor communication will lose you more business than mine!!!
I never met DANIEL I was not there. He serviced he dryer but it was the third time the call was dispatched. Only emails, no calls or texts for anything either ETA or confirming the call . Your communication is so poor that Daniel has no chance to giver service before he even arrives. I do not want you anymore. You are rating Daniel and he is not the problem.

No Ice not fixed
1st appointment had to order parts. Next appointment tech never showed. 3 rd appointment installed parted. No a month later and I still have no ice at all.

No stars No smiles
First of all you should never admit to a customer that you've never worked on the appliance you're repairing. This guy came in casual and nonchalant and I had no worries until problem after problem with the repair. Told me the wrong parts are ordered. No let me tell you that my dryer was working when the technician arrived, the problem was just a noise coming from the tensioner. When he left there was no power to the unit and it doesn't work at all and he specifically told me that it did. I was hesitant from start to finish that he just didn't know what he was doing. I was patient for the 3 hours it took him to install one of the parts that came correct. Arrived at 4:00 and didn't leave until after 7:00 p.m. and I was even late for work. The only thing this guy had going for him was his smile and a positive attitude. Don't trust what they say, check things out for yourself before they leave because what a hassle now I have to go through waiting a whole month for my dryer to work. You're supposed to fix things and leave them better than they were when you found them and this is not the case here. Without a dryer, without a prayer
