Sears Home Service is the WORST
It took nearly a month and 5 sitting at home all day only for Sears to repair my dishwasher. On 2 of the appointments Sears no showed 2 confirmed appointments. 1st appointment the guy came out and only partially diagnosed the problem. 2nd time Sears no showed confirmed appointment. 3rd time Sears diagnosed the rest of the initial problem and ordered parts. 4th time Sears no showed confirmed appointment. 5th time it appears the fixed the issue. Can't wait to be out of my contract!!

Incompetent and unreliable
I would never recommend Dalton as a service technician. He was very incompetent with knowing what was wrong with my refrigerator. During a 3 month period, (yes I have been without a working refrigerator for 3 months) he was scheduled to come out to my house 15 times. He showed up 8 of those times, and no show/no call 7 times. After 8 times of being at my house to "fix" my refrigerator, my unit still does not work. There was a time where he forgot to order the parts, he broke the part before it was even installed, and the last time he was here, left stating that my refrigerator was fixed. That was false. If I could give zero stars as a rating, that would be more accurate for his performance. One star is way too many.

Damaged product
Between the two technicians we've had visit, the wrong parts were ordered extending our wait time over a week, we had a no show appointment that also delayed our repair, and worst of all our dryer, which worked perfectly prior to being "inspected" no longer heats. Would not recommend using Sears home service to anyone and will be calling for a refund.

Rude
He was rude to me told me to get out of the kitchen don't believe the price I was quoted to be so high I can buy a new stove for that repair cost

Oven not fixed.
He seemed to be interested in getting out of house as soon as possible. He did not test oven. Now new problem exists to go along with the old one.

Ice maker not working
I don't really have anything bad to say about the techs. getting the ice maker to work has been the biggest nightmare. It all started in August diagnosing it wrong 3 times and two ice makers later, let's hope this one produces ice. I could not get a hold of anyone to talk to and let them know we received the ice maker. sears kept calling automated voice message saying they are cancelling repair cause the part wasn't delivered. I had to use my sisters phone to "talk" to someone. If this ice machine is bad or goes bad in 90 days, I would like a new refrigerator. I've spent hours on this huge hassle to fix an ice machine. totally ridiculous!

Terrible service
Two missed appointments and made me feel that as it was my fault as the customer that I was an inconvenience to them. Left the broken washing half full of water and said well that's your problem and just left. Did not appreciate that I was told to use a cup to get the water out the washer. Washer machine still broken after second visit and they just wanna keep throwing parts at until they found the broken part.. it been a month and I still have broken washer machine
