Dissatisfied
Did not fix anything , pulled apart dryer tubing and said he cant fix and left it for us to duct tape it back . Also said that he was not assigned to look at dish washer but I have an email from American Home Shield that differs . Completely dissatisfied with service or non service.

He did not do his job and took the parts that were ordered to put in the refrigerator. So my refrigerator is still broke. He also told my mother-in-law to take apart something and use a hair dryer to thaw something out very unprofessional.

Wasted my whole day for nothing
Technician should review the report/diagnosis from the previous appointment and get authorized from ins BEFORE coming the second and then realized what's the second appointment for … we have 2 babies at home and we waited Frim 8-5 window time .. this is crazy window time like we couldn't do anything but just waiting . And he didn't even update the arrival time until we called then he didn't know what's the appointment for THEN realized it's the same fridge that he worked on at the first appointment THEN start to call home warranty for authorization … to recap .. wasted our whole day and ruined our schedule. Another thing, we had to move everything … all stuff in the fridge out a night before bc we could not have done it in the morning bc we have to drop off the kid at school. Bottom line, disappointed and upset … from the home warranty to the tech ..

Still jot fixed
We have had the tech called out 3 times the fist time the water connection was stuck and he left. The second time the tech never came out. The third time he came out and didn't wait to make sure it was fully spun and drained before leaving. So our washer is STILL not working!

Impolite to my Roommate
I was not home when the technician arrived, but my roommate was. My roomie has emotional challenges. When he could not complete the payment on the phone after several tries, he became frustrated and asked the tech to leave the house because he felt threatened, The Tech refused and elevated my roomieʻs anguish and paranoia. All he had to do is step outside, call me so I could use another credit card and go on his way. When he called me, I completed the transaction by phone quickly. A little sensitivity to someone who is mentally ill would have gone a long way.

Poor
Technician never showed up for appointment. I took time off from work to be home for appointment. This really sucks that I loss a day of wages for this appointment in which the Technician didn't show up.

Not happy at all
He seemed totally rushed, was trying to argue with me, I asked him if he was going to clean my machine because that's what it said in the description and he said no, I asked him what he was going to do for this service because it was my first time he said I'm just gonna do what I'm supposed to do but that didn't explain anything. All he kept doing was making references to when you go to a doctor's office and get a check up. That's what he was going to do to my machines was a check up. He couldn't even explain anything that he was going to do. I told him my washing machine was leaving white marks on my clothing. Then he was referencing his mother about her saying more is better and him saying no it's not and not to put too much laundry detergent in there because more is not better. I told him I wasn't doing that anyway. I still don't know what this service was supposed to entail and what he was actually supposed to do but he was in and out of here in 20 minutes or so.

Missed opportunity
Maston was the first technician who came to diagnose the problem with the refrigerator. He said he would order the parts necessary and as soon as they came in I was to schedule another visit. One part came, I scheduled a technician, he/she did not show up. Reason: they were waiting on another part. I had received email confirmation that someone would be at my home on Sept. 1 but no one came. Lost a day of work because of this. Second part finally came a week ago, scheduled a service visit, no one came. Reason: no one answered the phone the morning of the service. This is after I told the scheduler that I would be on an airplane that day, my daughter was going to be home, she took off work to be there, and she had spoken with the scheduler to make sure he knew she'd be home. I received the email confirmation that someone would come Oct. 12, between 10-2. No one came. Third time, and this will be the LAST time, I scheduled another service call for Friday, 10/13, from 10-2. We'll see if anyone comes. I called to confirm that this is the date and time and the scheduler confirmed. This has been almost 6 weeks since I called for initial service. I am greatly displeased with the service, or lack thereof, and everyone telling me they are "sorry" these things happened. Sorry doesn't recover my lost hours at work from taking time out to meet a technician who never came. I won't purchase another Kenmore product again. Sorry I purchased this refrigerator.
