Work not completed
Not happy. Repairman did not know how to look up serial/model numbers Left before completing repairs. I was upset and yelled—not my best day, but after 3 appointments i still have a broken dryer. Please help.

Shaking
The washer is still shaking on the spin cycle. It shook so bad the last time I had to get a plumber to fix a pipe downstairs because of all of you. Fix this.

whirlpool refrigerator service
he is good at his job, but unfortunately the whirlpool refrigerator decided to breakdown again after one day. I thank him for his work, but after 4 month without a refrigerator I WAS TOLD THAT SEARS WILL HONOR OUR WARRANTY AND SEND US INFORMATION ON GETTING A REPLACEMENT REFRIGORATOR TO HONOR OUR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT. 4 service appts later and washer still doesn't work!
I've had 3 service men and 4 service calls but my washing machine is still not working. They've replaced the filter 3times ,said there was a wire short then Brad the last guy told me that the drain hose was too long and it was throwing off the sensor. I shortened the hose to where he said it should be but it still doesn't spin or drain. I'd like my almost $500.00 back please!!

Scheduling follow up service is unreasonable
First, the Sears email stated that the technician would call one hour prior to their arrival at our doorstep. However, Patrick called only after he had parked in our driveway. Following a thorough examination of the issue with our refrigerator, we mutually decided to proceed with the repair. Regrettably, the service charge exceeded my expectations for replacing two components in the refrigerator. Subsequently, the next step in the process was to arrange for the replacement and installation of the two required parts. Astonishingly, we were informed that it would take two weeks before any technicians could return to our residence to perform the necessary replacements. Two weeks! Inquiring about the possibility of an earlier appointment, we received a negative response, indicating that this was the schedule dictated by their system. Considering both the inflexible scheduling and the high cost of the technician service fee, we regrettably had to decline Sears's services. At the end of the service visit, Patrick's customer service wasn't at its best. In Sears' system notes to cancel the service repairs, Patrick selected "the customer was dissatisfied with the high price of services". This is not true. It was a scheduling issue. We needed the service completed before October 30, 2023.

Bad scheduling
Josue did a great job whom ever had the job of making sure of appointments kept did not. No texts or calls or emails when tech did not show up which happened 3 times

Incompetent
Because of the incompetence of this tech, I stayed over 6 weeks waiting for the fridge to be repaired and after his last visit and closure of the service ticket, the fridge is still nor working He is costing sears and customers lots of money and should be fired

100% not good
I need to ask him to leave my house. This technician is extremely lazy, do not speak English very well and not educated. He arrived at my house around 8:40 ( he may not sleep) he arrived already not happy. He do not say good morning. I call for an ice maker problem and when I open my refrigerator, the ice maker box for my surprise the ice make box was full. This may be a intermitente problem. The day before was empty. He was happy to hear and start to say everything is fine. I told him that I call and I need a diagnosis report. He never look at the ice unit itself. After I ask him the cost for a possible replacement, he open the refrigerator door and took a long time to located the refrigerator serial numbe on the door. He never look at the ice maker itself. I was the one the open the ice maker. This person should never aloud to go to anybody house. He is extremely lazy and do not do the job.
