Tech broke fridge, lied about replacement and follow-up

Pack hinge assemby - wr17x20165 Needed to be ordered after John lifted doors to move fridge and hinge assemby on left door broke. Asked 2x if something had broken and he said no. I noticed part was askew and asked him to take it down. Two pieces were broken. When asked about it he said it was already broken because there were no screws. That was not true. The screws were still there and it was broken when John lifted the fridge by the doors to move it. John lied and said part was ordered and should arrive by 11th and he'd set an appt for the 17th. Needless to say, nobr of this was true. Not happy he was not truthful about breaking the part. Appeared he had diffoculty lifting the fridge. Maybe due to his smaller stature? Mike, the other repairperaon did not have this issue. Placed damage claim with Sedgewick and they are unreachable so fridge is still broken. Do not use Sears. 2.5 months to get part and fix original issue and then tech broke part, lied and fridge has not been repaired and claims process is unreliable.

Afraid to leave him alone with our refrigerator

Sergio was extremely friendly, but did not seem to know how to work on our refrigerator. When I asked him to help remove the burned-out light bulbs, he had NO IDEA how to access them. I told him that another rep mentioned two tabs on front of the clear protective shield…..he immediately tried to pry from the rear, from the sides & even tried to use a screwdriver to pry the entire plastic shield from the top of refrigerator. He was about to break our refrigerator!! I took his screwdriver & pried from the front & the shield immediately fell off. I was afraid for him to continue……happy that he was "finished". Pretty sure he was new, because he mentioned his trainer.

Washer started leaking on first cycle

I contacted Sears 20min after the technician left due to the water leak and they did not dispatch him back out. They advised we would need to reschedule since it was after business hours. After waiting all day for him to arrive.

The technical just coming start the washer machine in rinse, and talk with me about the home insurance for sears, he make a call to sears to male a appoinment and i told him I don't need rightnow first check my washer machine is more important, but he ignore me tried to call some person from sears to make a appointment and i told him how is my washer and he said everything look okay, but he don't doing nothing just come start the washer in rinse and focus just in the insurance, None star for him!!!!

Samsung refigerator

Gabriel is an excellent technician. He has come to try to fix the ice buildup on the back right wall beside the rear cover. He has come 5 times. I had to totally empty the freezer and refrigerator 2 separate times and unplugged it 24 hours in advance before he came to do work. He has replaced the cover twice and the problem still persists. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. I am too old to be doing this over and over again. Twice Gabriel has called and done face time with his supervisor to get instruction on how to fix the problem. Today Gabriel used silver tape on the right vertical wall before the new cover was installed. When the cover was in place Gabriel ran silicone caulk down the right side of the new cover. Both techniques have not helped. There is still ice forming on the same place as before. I want my refrigerator replaced.

Technician did not show. No call, no cancellation sent, your service continues to disappoint me. There have been multiple rescheduled appointments and still no service done. I have parts piling up to repair my dishwasher and dryer. Very unhappy

He was supposed to show up Wednesday. Never showed up. I called Sears and they said the repairman tried to call me for a passcode to get in. There is no passcode required to get to my address. He must have gone to wrong address. Sears rescheduled my appointment. After several texts that the repairman was on the way, he finally showed up late in the afternoon. Sears has a severe problem with their scheduling procedures. I had to take two days off from work to accommodate Sears' poor, at best, service. The serviceman, Carter, was very professional when he did arrive.
