Refrigerator service,I pay a deductible and he told me to defrost it for a week and then plug it back in and to call if it still didn't work.

Please Just Fix It!
I have been trying to get this refrigerator fixed for over a month! It. Parts have ordered, reordered and at repair technicians have been here 6 times with different diagnoses and fixes. Today they were here placed a new manifold (?) on it and checked for leaks. Now I have water all over my kitchen! Please, fix it or have American Home Shield replace it! I gave you one star for coming out.

Awful
The technician didn't show! But the job was marked complete. This isn't the first issue I had the month with a tech not showing when they were supposed to. Very unprofessional!!!

NO HOT WATER IN WASHER
SINCE THE WASHER STILL DOESNT GET HOT WATER AND ITS GOING TO TAKE ANOTHER TWO WEEKS TO GET IT LOOKED AT AGAIN I WOULD SAY MY EXPERIANCE AT THE VERY LEAST STUNK KINDA LIKE NO SERVICE AT ALL

Didn't like your service, I was expecting a early morning customer service call i,,had to check my email to find out to see did I have a service tech coming today..,.Sorry Sorry to say this man had a Bad !Bad! Body hygiene with him, early morning , had to spray my home with Lysol , when he left my home , smell was the worst, for him to be at someone home for service call this morning..Kindly talk with your tech employees before coming to.someone home... about there personal hygiene and ...

Donation made to Sears.
Repair to electrical outlet not made but still charged full price for repair. Typical Sears. Your operator sent a refrigerator repairman for an electrical replacement repair. Told the operator two men needed to move the refrigerator out from the wall. Josue ( my repairman ) was very nice but not strong enough to move the refrigerator out from the wall. No repair was made. All the food had to be pitched. Why was I made to pay for a repair when "No" repair was ever made.

Did not show up
'tech' did not show up and closed the case when he did not even knock on our door, and now we have to start this process all over again, and Sears is no help. He was supposed to be our first tech out when we began with Sears, and when someone didn't open the door in 1 minute, he left immediately.

Not happy
Donald came out, after another repairman had already been out and failed to fix the washer. Donald was unable to run some diagnostic tests, but ordered a part he thought might work. He never returned, but the part was installed by the first repairman and after, three trips and as many weeks the washer is finally working.
