Was not fixed
Had to call my warranty place and tell them that it was not fixed like the repair man said. Had to open a recall appointment for them to come back out again and look at it. Which was 10 days away. What a joke. It Was NOT loose change keeping the washer from spinning up. I was told the washer was fixed and spinning again after some loose change was removed. I asked if I should throw a load in to see if it spins with something in it. Was told no it's good to go. He left and I threw a load in and was doing the exact same thing it was before. So I went to google and googled said problem. right away things popped up showing that the hub on these washer goes bad all the time. That the splines get worn smooth. Extremely easy to get at and check. Sure enough mine was worn completely smooth. Went to the local appliance store to see if they had the part. Lady tells me they always keep these in stock for it's a common repair on them. Put the new one on and we now have a washer again.

Not fixed the issue
He didn't fixed the issue at all. Spent 2 min only and said everything will work. Very bad service.

NO SHOW
HE NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT SO WE STILL NEED THE REPAIR TO BE COMPLETED.

Rude and doesn't have a clue
This tech first visit started with him being very rude and defensive. We actually have had eight visits and issue still not resolved. This tech said I don't know why the last tech did what he did. He had to look at schematics on his phone and said must be your filter is clogged go get one and try that and he left His next visit he just put silicone on tubing said turn off the water for 24 hrs we did still leaked. Finally a sr tech came and just shook his head. Had to replace the housing again because of the silicone. Unfortunately even with the second housing we still had problems and this tech was sent again. Wow even ruder. Said I'm not a plumber but must be your water pressure. Said he was going to HD to get a part and would be right back… that was three days ago. Not what he wrote on the receipt that was later emailed to us. He closed claim though still not fixed. Three strikes and that's it. Rude, lied, and didn't do the job. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Horrible service
This has been the worst, most stressful experience. The technician was scheduled between 8-5 on October 5th and called to reschedule for October 6th (the next day) to diagnose my washing machine. After diagnosis American Home Shield decided instead of paying for a new washing machine they would give the okay to order new parts to fix my washing machine. I was then scheduled on October 19th for a technician to come back to install the parts, after waiting 8 hours for the technician to show up on the 19th I finally get a call an hour after the technician was suppose to arrive to fix my washing machine saying that it was too late and he had to reschedule which was going to be another two weeks out and at this point it had already been 4 weeks without a washing machine in a household of a family of 6. The technician also ordered the wrong parts and Sears and American Home Shield left me completely out in the cold with zero resolution and denied their screw ups and refused to order the correct parts for my washing machine. I will never recommend Sears or American Home shield to anyone and I will make sure to post and have everyone I know post on every social media platform about how awful Sears and American Home Shield are and how they have no respect for their customers.

It should be a zero!!!!!!
No one ever showed up nor was I called to say they were not coming. I am very upset to have waited all day for a no show. This doesn't set well with me. I was also texted an hour before 5:00 stating that they would come between 5:01 and 6:30. Truly this is not good!!!

Terrible
My water line was left disconnected and cause water to run all over my floor. My hot water line apparently detached also.

Technician did nothing
The technician wouldn't move the refrigerator so he wouldn't couldn't do anything I took an entire day off work, and then had an appointment in the evening, so had my 20-year-old son at home waiting for the technician who came after 5 PM. The technician wanted the refrigerator moved by us, which neither of us would have been able to do so he wasn't able to fix anything.

Didn't fix washer
The washer does not complete the wash cycle. Personally do not feel he knows what he is doing Do not want him ever to repair again in my home.

Dustin was very nice guy but my washer is still not working. The last guy digno it wrong and ordered the wrong part. So I paid for parts and labor still no washer. No refund was giving and the part I ordered was taking back. I need this problem fixed. I should not be charged for labor when no work was repaired
