It's a partial fixed , The original call was , no light , no power, and the door won't open , ADA co came and replaced 1 fused - but still not heating… need a circuit board but apparently acccording to them is that the item is discontinued and no longer manufacturing… Cinch called sears ompany, same problem I told that it needs a circuit board, but tech said it's not.. only the fuse at the back. Now it's heating but there's a very dim light on the screen.. I told this at the beginning.

Service call
Communication on when tech would arrive TERRIBLE. Call center people even worse. So much noise in background can't hear anything they are saying. Don't speak clear at all. Tech did a good job after arriving 3 hrs late. Need to fine different company.

Took a month to fix problem. Ice maker problem and whole fridge stopped working when he left 8/19. Service is poor and costly with NO refrigerator

actual service great/all else was horrible
when they came, service was great. Overall was horrible. They cancelled after my original appointment & blamed me, even though I had confirmation of visit. Customer service was horrible. Refused to give discount, even though I would have been charged extra fee for cancelling in less than 24hrs. Their attitude was too bad. Will never use again

Unsatisfactory
My washer will not go into the 2nd rinse. It gets out of balance and then starts all over agsin with the first wash.

Refrigerator troubleshooting 4 attempt and failed to fix
Hello Your technicians came four times and diagnosed warming up to three different causes and put main cause wrong for choice home warranty company. Each tech diagnosed different and won't trust the other. Part werecordered wrong 2 times with out choice home warranty approval. Sears tech recommended door latch to replace at the same time and made it main cause. But actual warming up issue was the internal initial cause and getting your tech in. Laying written wrong Info was sent to insurance company. We are suffering for almost two months without refrigerator and never got fixed. Please send your tech to fix it.

Poor Company Service
For starters the tech parked in the driveway forcing my elderly mother to park on the street and walk to her home. The tech seemed annoyed and rude from the beginning for whatever reason. He was telling me how the first tech didn't know what he was talking about and that the a part ordered wasn't needed. He said that our refrigerator didn't need to be dusted before actually taking a look inside first. We asked the tech that we'd love the inside cleaned as recommended from the previous technician and this tech said he'd do it, but ultimately didn't before packing up and driving off without saying anything about the service. On top of everything we patiently waited over a month without a working refrigerator after being told it would be repaired in about 1-2 weeks originally. Every other company I've ever worked with or worked for always ensured the customer gets a pre and post form of communication, never parks in their driveway and treats the customer with respect. Not sure what his problem was, but we tried to give him space to work, offered him water, and even asked if we could help him bring in some of his equipment for him thinking we could help make his service here a bit easier. Judging by your online reviews this makes sense and I hope no one else has to deal with this going forward.

Not good!
My appointment was supposed to be 9/5, then changed to 9/6. I received a message saying between 8-12, never came until 4:45, stayed 5 minutes and said the heat coming from the top was normal, I've never had a gas stove getting so hot on the top. Said the peeling inside the oven wasn't covered under warranty, still should not be peeling. I do not believe that should be happening! Very disappointed.
