Horribly service
Technician did not show up for appointment, I missed a full day of work. I called customer service and they were not able to find the work order.

Washing machine not fixed
Washing machine is not fixed. It shakes very bad. They did not test machine to make sure it was fixed. Closed ticket saying repaired - it is not repaired completely

Terrible service
Although the repairman arrived timely and was pleasant, he left our washer in worse shape than when he arrived. Further, it is impossible to schedule a return visit to rectify the situation. We now do not have a working washer, or a means to arrange further repair.

What kind of service id this!!
We contacted Sears last month regarding our Furnace not working. After waiting several days for a Technician, who then came out, and he didn't have the right parts so we had to wait several more days. We were freezing. Next appointment, my husband stayed home and no one called or even showed up for the schedule visit date. We received another dated. He came, changed a part it worked for 2 days and then it stopped working again. I called and they rescheduled for a 3rd time. We waited over a week for another appointment. Again, he changed another part and it worked or a few hours. Then there was no heat. I thing they need to send someone else. This Company keeps Billing and they're not doing a good job!

Repair

Ice maker
He said he put a "new seal" on our fridge. BUT his comments on completed invoice said differently!!! He is our 4th technician to try and fix our ice maker!!! Send someone who can fix it.

Dryer still not working. According to Brian dryer is appropriately working when not connected to vent. But it stops even when not connected to vent

Dryer repair
Although the dryer was fixed, the top was scratched and has marks all over it from the tools resting on it or how he set the top down. Feeling upset.

Super bad service
A very bad service, they made a first diagnosis, they sent for spare parts and they did not come on the day we had an appointment to place the part, they did not call to cancel the appointment or to reschedule the appointment, we had to call to ask them to come to finish. the work of refrigerator composure. On the second occasion, for the same problem, they made another diagnosis and again they sent for parts and it took them 1 week to put it back in, so we were without a refrigerator and the person who came to do the diagnosis was very rude, accusing us of wanting a refrigerator. new when the only thing they wanted was for the problem to be fixed since there are children at home and it needs to be working. On the 3rd occasion when he came to "place the piece" he came in a very bad mood accusing us of wanting a new refrigerator and taking photos of the house since we asked him to please take care of the floor when putting the refrigerator in its place why the last time? I had torn it apart (we have dated photos) he got very angry and started taking photos of the house and talking very threateningly.
