This TECHNICIAN DID NOT SHOW UP FOR HIS SCHEDULE APPT TODAY 10/27/23 bet 8-5 this my second complaint against this person ALFORD HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND GIVING SEARS A BAD REP. No show no call HORRIBLE CHOICE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED

Why didn't he come prepared? I had to use my own 💡 bulb I expected for him to bring and put the refrigerator light LED. MY REFRIGERATOR LIGHT THAT HE PUT IN,V IS USED FOR MY FAN BULB. HORRIBLE JOB FOR WHAT I PAY FOR GUARANTEED REPAIRS SERVICE.

Broke Shelf

Technician came to fix washer and leaned on a shelf pulling it from the drywall and didn't say anything. I pulled camera footage of him breaking it and trying g to lift it back into place.

Tech came out and put tape on a malfunctioning part told us that was all he could do and that we couldn't use a function of our appliance anymore.

Microwave is STILL not working

Jeff did two thumbs up that the microwave was fixed and left. We didn't have a chance to heat up a cup of water to see if it works for ourselves before he took off. This is the 2nd time he "repaired" it and still failed. We are now without tge use of a microwave for two weeks!!! Sucks!!!

The new parts were installed, I ran the dishwasher, and there was no hot water and no hot drying. The dishes were dripping wet. Can't you fix it?

Rude and elitist

This is the same Tech that evaluated our stove several weeks ago, and at that time refused to replace our heating element, even though it was not getting to the proper temperature. He tried to justify his decision based on his "25 years of experience." But we still needed them return and re-evaluate it as it's still not working. And they sent the same Technician who was so rude to my Wife and other family members. He arrived already assuming that our oven was working properly. But it doesn't heat properly and it has been severely undercooking our food. This person will never be allowed back in my home again.

Dishwasher repair

When he left the dishwasher still did not function. He used the new parts provided. He never checked to see that the dishwasher worked.

Tech never showed for first appt. When he finally did show up, a month later he didn't want to do the repair because the compressor replacement was on a second level. Now we have to start over with a new company. Absolutely horrible!!!!
