Fridge stopped working completely including freezer
This repair has been pending for almost 4 months. After the repair to freezer yesterday, fridge and freezer both are not working now and food is all spoiled. Very bad service from sears with 4 months delay on this repair

Refrigerator
Not very communicative. Asked me to sign several things with no indication what they were. Didn't give me a chance to discuss repair with husband before declining. Needed more time to decide. Didn't get written explanation of problem until after he left.

Technician Rating
On 8-28-24 ; The Technician who came today to repair my dryer told me he left the dryer unplugged due to the ventilation hookup on the dryer. He said it's was hazardous . I responded ; why didn't the first technician who came on 8-14-24 tell me about this ventilation issue or being a hazard . I'm not a person who judges anyone but the technician who came today was heavy set and he couldn't fit behind the dryer due to the washer room being small . He just repaired the dryer and gave me his opinion telling me I didn't understand what he was telling me or should I translate it in Spanish. I told him I understood and I know how to read and speak Spanish. I've had my dryer in the same location ever since I purchased it and never gave me trouble. He refused to attach the ventilation hose on my dryer. I want a second opinion and would like another technician to come check the dryer . Why should I have to pay someone else to come and install the vent hose on the dryer . I'm very upset and I need my dryer asap

Didn't follow through
Asked Andrew the repairman to reconnect the dryer vent and to remove front of dryer so I could clean the lint out but he left before doing either requested item. He did accomplish putting in the new part that took over 5 weeks to arrive.

My Kenmore refrigerator.
Rawle F. collected my $85.00 and then he informed Choice home Warrantee so he could order the parts. Choice warrantee denied the claim because the lights were dim and needed to be changed. and choice is saying that the lights are not mechanical. I requested that the refrigerator door, seal gasket need changing, Refrigerator is freezing up and a freezer panel is loose and falling down. what that has to do with lights.
