Kenmore Refrigerator Purchased 6/1/22
We wanted to rate Technician Jarvis 'Zero'.He never arrived at our home to service our refrigerator.. We tracked him since this morning tracking him from 9AM, then 10:40, then 2:40. NO SHOW. He stated on 10/27 that '"Even if rescheduled, (He) he would not return ". He stated that this Unit can not be made operational. We have been without a working Unit for over a year. Our experience with Sears is becoming unbearable.

Do Not Use this Technician
2nd time not being able to complete the job. After a week still no AC. Now job has been passed to another company with no explanation.

He is a scammer
He left my house before finishing the job. He said he would not close the job file, turns out he closed it and reported as completed. Now my warranty company says the task was completed and refuse to repair my fridge. He gets paid because he reported the repair was completed and I still don't have a working fridge and I have to pay again to get it repaired. He is liar and he is a scammer. Thank you Sears for nothing.

Repair guy
Not thrilled that u made an appointment on a frig that has been raken away. I tried to call, get a human but no... You are suppose to be given us a new frig. So you have jacked us and the repair guy around for 6 months. How about getting on the money for frig. The repair guy has been great through the years. Your warrenty people are something else. I never even made this appointment either, they did after tling me i could get rid of frig and we would be reinbursed. I dont think we will recomend sears ever. Thats were we slways went for stuff.

Terrible and condescending technician
He was more interested in giving me instructions on how to use a dryer, that I have been using for more than 2 years ,than solving the problem(s) I was having with my dryer. At the end of his entire 30 minutes of being in my house, I still continued to have the same problems. The dryer cuts off after 6 minutes of running, regardless of the time set

Rating the services from Sears technician
The technician That was supposed to come Wednesday was unable to show up because he hadn't had the tool that he needed the technician that came today was unable to service my stove because there was no serial number so now I have to deal with another person a third party person so I rate the service very poorly

Service on a Craftsman T 1000
I called Sears I ordered to have alternator and a oil change with filter Replaced on a lawn mower the technician showed up did not have an alternator was having trouble ordering alternator because we didn't have the book that went with the lawn mower I didn't want to reschedule because it to inconvenience.

No troubleshooting
He never called back with the first appointment. I left 2 messages. When he finally came out 2 weeks later, told me the problem was in the exhaust although there is no blockage/clog. No troubleshooting. Turned the dryer on and left after 5 minutes. Told me to run a load of laundry and if I experienced problems, to call him back.
