Would not recommend
Technician attempted to charge more than he originally quoted so I opted for the diagnostic fee only. He was pushy trying to get me to purchase a part through him which was $60 more expensive than the the list price on Sears parts direct.

Problem not fixed
Problem not resolved. Just tried to run a wash and it stopped mid cycle.

Dishwasher not fixed
The technician installed the parts sent, but it is severely leaking from the seam in the dishwasher tub water everywhere. We can't get through to anyone on the phone system but this needs to be replaced this has gone on for months, 0 stars

Didn't repair
Just a few days after the supposed repair, the washer stopped working and is the same issue exists.

Washer repair
Terrible I have waited 3 weeks this washer to be fixed and the guy came today and now it is still doing EXACTLY what it was doing before. NOT HAPPY

Washing machine repair
Service Man arrived late. My son took care of it. I had to go to work. He was here ten minutes, told us that he could not repair the machine which was not true. I've already had someone else service it and it's repairable. A took the money from my deaf son. Did not give us a written paper on why he could not fix it. I had already wrote him and told him my son was deaf that I needed a explanation on paper. And he fell to do that. Very disappointed and will not be paying service.

Refrigerator
I have been dealing with you and my warranty company for six months. After six months the problem is not solved, in fact it has new problems now, and the warranty company has reissued the claim which is going to take at least another month. SIX MONTHS WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR, SOON TO BE SEVEN. UNACCEPTABLE!

Poor communication
There is not enough communication between the multiple parts of service call. The technician that showed up did not come with all tools needs to complete job. After the technician left I have to get parts to complete job. I was told my appointment was set up without me confirming that date would work with me. Even then I was told after taking a day off of work that the technician would not make the appointment and would have to reschedule. So I had to take another day off to accommodate them. After the original call to set up the appointment we had to wait about 3 weeks to see a technician. Very poor communication and horrible service.
