unable to do the work

Paid for tech to come out, said we needed part. I paid for part, tech came out and said it was too difficult to get dishwasher pulled out so he did not do the work, charged me for another call though.

The oven door locked and the call center did not connect me with a technician or suggest it. Instead they set up a appointment with one who held the button down for 3 seconds ( a fix buried i your novel length manual. Needless to say I'm livid and feel abused. As noted, call center could have fixed problem, as well as the technician who was very polite, professional and proficient. Had he asked on the phone he could have solved the problem immediately.

He did a terrible job.

He seemed to accuse me of touching the unit when we did not. He said fises were missing when that Lennox control board does not have fuses. He wanted me to sign I tampered with the init when nobody had touched it. He then told me to "hold on" then instead of coming back He just left the job with no explanation. I have a family and I still have no heat despite doing nothing wrong. This man didn't k ow what he was doing and left. I then was unable to even co tact sears via the website because it says my phone number is not valid despite them having it on file. I have used this service for years and pay for months without ending it only for this to happen. I waited over 7 days for an appointment with 30 degree Temps outside only for this to happen. Somebody needs to call me. I can't even reach anyone. I am considering terminating my service along with my neighbors as we all have used this service for years. Please co tact me as I cannot even co tact you guys.

Corporate Sears ought to be embarrassed

Jay and Greg were fine. Corporate Sears has devolved into a name brand that takes no responsibility nor accountability for mistakes and mistreatment of customers. Everything negative about corporate America is now perfectly embodied by Sears, a company once lauded for integrity, service, quality and reliability. I felt overlooked, disrespected, ignored and taken advantage of by corporate Sears and it is maddening.

Disappointed

Your service technician Donald said he fixed my range, however when he went to leave, the oven started malfunctioning so I ran out to get him , he came back in acting like he was in a huge hurray more or less brushing me off and told me that what he did is under warranty and to call not it was literally malfunctioning while he was standing there in my kitchen! All while I had already paid him with my debit card. When he called me to let me know he was on his way I answered, but I have called him and it goes straight to voice mail and I texted him and he has not responded to that either, so I am very unsatisfied and I do expect either my money back or You send a reliable trustworthy technician to fix my oven!

Kenmore Refrigerator Purchased 6/1/22

We wanted to rate Technician Jarvis 'Zero'.He never arrived at our home to service our refrigerator.. We tracked him since this morning tracking him from 9AM, then 10:40, then 2:40. NO SHOW. He stated on 10/27 that '"Even if rescheduled, (He) he would not return ". He stated that this Unit can not be made operational. We have been without a working Unit for over a year. Our experience with Sears is becoming unbearable.
