A tech with an attitude!!!
Your tech came to our home at 3 pm after he called to tell us he would be there between 12 and 2. He kept complaining about the call, about the parts and about the previous tech. He said the parts were not needed. He was rude and unprofessional. His tools were scattered all over my porcelain tile. I have pictures and videos! After I asked him several times to be careful of my tile and ignoring me, I told him put the towel I provided under his tools! He replaced the board and the ice maker and left. Our food defrosted waiting on him and now our refrigerator is making a loud noise! This service SUCKS and I will be calling Sears and I will be complaining. This ice maker has not worked since early September 2023 when I made the first call. This is the 3rd technician that has come to my home!! I just want my refrigerator repaired!!!!

Extremely poor service
The tech that came out and did absolutely absolutely nothing, but turn it up because it was too low And now I feel it's too hot. When it was installed by Sears they said it at a certain temperature level by testing the water not just by a knob on the water heater. I told him it hadn't been cleaned in 10 years and he said well that wasn't gonna fix the problem. I don't know how he knows, he never looked at it and I believe it's because it was the end of his workday and the water heater is in a very tight space don't send him here again

Save a trip
Technician was courteous. I was not too thrilled to pay for a service call just to be told that Nothing could be done. When making the appointment the model number was requested along with the problem. The model number was submitted as well as the statement that the touch pad was not working. I could have been told at that time that the touch pad is no longer available.

Was not professional
Wasn't professional, didn't run no test. Just took a picture. And went outside and told my husband we had a rat problem. Which we knew we did. But we took care of that problem. We didn't know they made a nest in back of our refrigerator. We had it unplugged for a few months. And when we moved back into house we plugged it back in. Lights came on. But didn't cool it. I asked him if he was going to do the diagnostic on it. He said no. It's obvious what's wrong. Rats made a nest. An urine. So it would cost 1400. To fix. And we didn't have it. But he wouldn't take cash for him to come out. But he charged us 127. An some change. Still no answers. An problem not solved. Our Son went an cleaned nest out. An fixed a wire. And refrigerator came on. We're very dissatisfied with him. And wouldn't recommend him. And we will never buy from sears again. Or use there services.. I put a 1 star only because it wouldn't let me post my review without a star. Pretty sad, people have to pay money, just for a picture.

RIDICULOUS
Actually 0 he didn't even show up... I been dealing with this for 8 months totally ridiculous Then he cancels on me... SO now I can wait another week!!!

FINALLY!!!!
Called in early October for service on my refrig. I have a maintenance agreement. gave me an appt. For November 14. Not convenient but you said only day they could come. You changed appt to Oct 27th. After waiting all day you called at 4:35 PM said you can't make it. Made appt for Nov. 30th. Came but had to order parts. Scheduled for January 5. Never showed up. Finally made it today. Steven was great but I had to wait over 4 months. You can keep your service agreement. Never again.

He was prompt and courteous. Unfortunately, as soon as he left, I tried to wash a blanket and it continued to do the same thing that it did previously. I need him to come back out

Service man
He did nothing to fix machine but complain and scold me about how to run machine. He did nothing to fix why the machine does not despence the fabric conditioner. So the short of this is he was a wasted trip. Could you please send someone here and fix the problem.

3rd visit same problem
Showed up at 11:30 am and was here with a helper I assume and they left 4 1/2 hours later. The 2nd time he came he never left the truck to knocked on my door. I requested he not return to my house and you sent him anyway.

repair double wall oven
It took 2 months to complete repair. Customer service and repairman were not concerned. I could have done this repair in 2 weeks. Extremely unsatisfied. Rating 1 - poor - out of five
