Refrigerator repair
Jose was only a helper in this job, so not his fault. The main technician is rude, unprofessional and unqualified Dealing with this repair for 3 months and still not repaired, no refrigeration for 3 months

Horrible service
After 4 visits my microwave was never repaired, unable to reach a supervisor, no good number to reach anyone. My microwave was replaced back over the stove in pieces. I would not recommend Sears A&E to anyone.

Ripped Off
Service Rep was pleasant, however, he could have saved the trip. I indicated what brand of microwave appliance when making the appointment. They do not work on that brand. If I had bought a plan ahead of time they would have replaced the microwave. Waste of time and money.

This is the 5th time he sent us forgery receipts without putting foot on our door. My attorney is going file a claim for water heater, tv, and refrigerator soon.

Slow, delayed, and impossible to communicate
The service technician was fine was he finally arrived. But the fact that it is impossible to speak with a human during the claim and scheduling phase is absurd. I tried several times. The automated phone system gave me no ability to correct the address (which was wrong and caused unnecessary delays). The 2 reschedules and total time to get the job done was terrible.

Horrible
Never dealing with this company again if I can help it. They schedule you for 8-5 just to cancel at the last minute. Blake told us on the second appointment, the first appointment was a no show, that our new 3 month old fridge was un repairable so bought another one while we waited for Samsung to issue a return number. Several appointments later, 2 months, Samsung told Blake how to fix it. It is currently working. So now I have 2 expensive fridges. Blake was too inexperienced or too lazy to actually find the problem!
