horrible horrible -0 service
We gave not had a working refrigerator in 3 months . The tech squad company you use is just as incompetent as you. Every time someone came out they ordered a new part saying the part ordered previously was not the correct part. The guy comes and put what he wanted to on and did not complete the repair and closed it out as complete. The tech squad company trying to cover for their person wanted to put it back on sears who also is incompetent scheduling appointments with your people and no one shows and you cancel the appointment at your discretion when YOU get paid monthly for the protection agreement and yearly for the home warranty that clearly is highway robbery when no service has been provided. Think twice before you order from SEARS and think even harder ABOUT TECH QUAD their third party company. Guys showed up and appear to have gone to the back of the van and went to sleep in front of our house and took a nap even before coming in to do the incomplete service.

Dishonest and very disappointing
After waiting for weeks for Ryan to come back and complete my repair, appointment was finally set. But in the day of the visit, he called to cancel, saying he didn't have time. Out of desperation I asked if a "big tip" would make a difference (and get him back here as planned), he said it "probably would". It was clear that he knew how deeply I needed this dryer repair after waiting nearly 8 weeks, and he was taking advantage to elicit a bribe. This man represents Sears Appliance Repair, a trusted company in my book. But I will never do work with him or his company again.

Ice maker and fridge door repair
The technician did not inspect my ice maker at all, he look at into the freezer said it's your ice sensor, he also was unable to fix my refrigerator door. He said it was uneven. Didn't attempt to fix it, didn't check the water pressure behind the fridge either

Failure
My Kenmore washing machine has been leaking water for two years and Sears Home Services was never able to fix it and they will not authorize a replacement

Benjamin was great
However, Ricardo Arturo, never showed, the process for submitting a complaint was ridiculous. Made to wait an extra week for a 30 minute repair. Took 20+ phone calls and 5 days for a supervisor to call back. Also Sears doesn't allow for review until service provided. All could've been resolved on the day Ricardo drove by-video evidence on Ring camera-had a supervisor called same day. Sears Home Service needs to make some changes regarding complaints.

Edward L didn't show up. The work was not performed. He signed off on by the order. It is not my signature so that is fraudulent to have signed as if the work had been completed.

Horrible
He doesn't even deserve 1 star He's rude and didn't fix my washer. He said he did and when I used it for the first time after he "fixed it" the entire cycle leaked water and destroyed my downstairs.
