The technician came over and suggested the Microwave needs to be replaced and he will inform the warranty company. Is 5 days and you did not submit the report and we need to understand why?

Awful customer service!!!

I am extremely unhappy. I had already paid for the part and service. However today after the part was replaced, I was advised that I owed another $360+. This is ridiculous as I was never quotes an additional fees. I was advised that my opinion was to pay it or they would remove the part. I plan to cancel my home warranty and share with all of my friends and family that Sears scammed me!

Very bad not good don't waste your time and calling them because they were tell you over the phone something else and then person they will do something else I got charged for no reason I told him what the issue was. They came within 30 seconds. They told me they cannot fit it I even told him over the phone with the problem is they said not a problem behalf this issue very often and we can definitely fix it.

I am very upset with sears. This hvac service is going on for too long. Last technician Joe was a gentleman and an expert . He ordered parts and was going to install them. Now he is no longer with you I understood. Please install the parts he ordered immediately. It's cold

Tim was polite and professional but could not order parts to fix a 2 yr old range. A complete waste of my time and money to have the appliance diagnosed. Will never use this service again!

my washer is down since 2/3/24 no parts & all i get is a run around well i had to buy a home depo washer. because i need a washer a family of 4 its hard to get by .verry upset with sears I cant get any service by calling disappointed in sears protection

Wrong diagnosis. 9 year old washer is now obsolete because the part we need is no longer made. Waited 2 weeks for service, and still have no washer. Very disappointed in the kenmore brand.

Technician didn't fix anything. Oven does NOT get up to temperature! He said it's old we probably just need to buy a new stove. Unexcepable!! Burners still smoke and are not dirty. I replaced them a few months ago and that didn't stop them from smoking.
