Both holidays RUINED without my refrigerator working
The technician did not fix my refrigerator. He have been to my house twice and didn't fix it. No resolution was done after I have requested since thanksgiving and I am very disappointed. I am angry and not a happy customer. I need my refrigerator fix. It's been a week out before thanksgiving and now after Christmas still not working.

GE Warranty Dryer Repair
Dalton rushed through his first visit of motor and fan replacement. Left my laundry room a mess with old parts, dirt and debris from my dryer and boxes from parts. He left and dryer was make load noise due to not finishing install and securing parts. Tech needs to slow down and not rush through repairs. Complete testing needs to be performed before leaving residence to insure return is not Needed. Being on time and answering phone/texts needs improvement too. So far our dryer is working but not impressed with GE and how Sears Home service handles appointment scheduling.

WHAT SERVICE ? I PUT 1 STAR BUT IT SHOULD BE ZERO!
Terrible!!!!! My appointment was for about 10 AM, he showed up after 4PMWhen I told him I wanted to check water level he said he already did and it was fine, I said I was checking he started raising his voice and yelling at me! I turned the dial and he changed it again. The whole time yelling at me he fixed it and tried it on low wash, I kept trying to explain it worked on low, but would not fill on lg load to rinse. He kept telling me he couldn't stay around for me to check, I finally told him to leave. Guess what he didn't fix it and after a month it is still not working and we have a non working machine!!!!!! DO NOT SEND THIS MAN TO MY HOME AGAIN!!!! He also said if it didn't work he only was hired to put the parts in and couldn't order parts? What kind of service people do you employ?

Icemaker
Problem with ice maker. Ice looks like it has melted and refrozen causing it to clog up and not to dispense . No signs of water over filling. He said water pressure is too high. I disagree with his diagnosis.. I have had 4 technicians from your company and no one has fixed problem. Told me to unclog manually every couple of weeks and have water pressure checked.

Terrible Service Experience with Washer
I have a problem with my washer, I had someone from Sears come last week and he said he would fix the issue by this week. However, nothing was done and someone came and told me that it would take 2+ weeks to fix it when a simple solution is to just replace the unit (and it would be cheaper). Very frustrating experience and no help

MAJOR WATER LEAK
I'm disappointed in the quality of the job. There were grease on my walls floor and washing machine the machine and utility sink was left the machine is leaking water under my floor tiles now. CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THE WATER LEAK IT WAS NOT LEAKING BEFORE.

Washer machine service
The technician was rude. He drained water from washer, after running a test cycle he left the bag filled with dirty water in our trash can. He also was not properly prepared, I had to provide him with a ladder.

Incorrect diagnosis by sesrshomeservices/CHW
The technician diagnosed my refrigerator which is more than 7-8 years old. He said lots of dust in the machine and it is expensive to fix., due to this fridge is gone. Then he went outside of my porch and called the Choice Home warranty gave pet hair as the reason for the issue. Due to this, I neither got any claim nor it is fixed by Choice Home Waranty. I got the pet only 2 months ago. Few days later, I hired a different service company and they tested & diagnosed everything more than an hour and they clearly stated that the refrigerator failed due to its age & wear & tear. CHW and Sears work hand in hand to deny your claim. This is a not a right way to do business and it's a huge loss of $ for me. Total waste of time & money. I am disappointed and feel betrayed by these companies.

Run, don't walk away from this service
My stove stopped working the middle of November. The tech came out the next day and had to order parts. Two weeks later, they come back out with wrong parts. Had to reorder again. Third time out and you guessed it, wrong parts again. Fourth time out finally got the right parts. A month and a half without a stove or oven. Thanksgiving and Christmas ruined. I was told it's hard to get parts for an "old" stove. The stove is 4 years old. Never again will I use them.

If Unpersonable was a Person
The technician that came to fix my refrigerator/ freezer was unpersonable to say the least. The immediate world that comes to mind is rude! When he initially called, I was in the middle of teaching a class and asked him to call my wife instead. That was apparently an inconvenience. When he came the first time, there was no explanation of what happened, what we can do in the meantime, dos or dont; a single comment of "I ordered the parts, sign here." I had to do all the digging to find out what was ordered, who it was shipped through, a temporary fix (borrow a friends mini fridge to keep outside). Follow up appt was scheduled for the 1st of December and by this time, I had been out of a fridge since the beginning of November. The 1st came and went, no parts arrived, the sears customer service number was a joke as their automated system made no real connection to a person or the intentions of the caller. Waited for another week, one part arrived. Called AHS to get resolve that way. No appointment could be scheduled for another week and a half and it would only be scheduled if I had both parts, which I didn't. Second part arrived, I called in and set up an appointment for the 20th of December. By this time, I was out of a fridge for almost 2 months and my wife is a caterer. The tech came and once again was short on the phone about ensuring someone was home. When he arrived, he got to work. The fridge and freezer was fixed, hence the 1 star, but his greasy handprints were left on top of a cooler in the kitchen we were using for ice. There was cloth pieces left on the floor from his blanket to put his tools on. I had to ask how to dispose of the old parts bc he just left them in a box. There was nothing to sign. And he just left without a word. I do not expect ppl to carry full on convos while working but the least anyone could do is personable to others.
