Communication & end result
Communication with Sears is terrible, you can not talk to a real person. Repair service guys were nice. But our freezer drawer is not on right and the water to our drink dispenser is not working. So could have been more thorough.

Daryl A. Was very professional. He did his job but the part didn't fix my problems with my machine. I called with 30 minutes or less to allow choice home warranty And it's still not fixed 5 or more weeks later after my call on June 16, 2023. After talking with costumer service and 3 different supervisors that they all gave me the run around and Sears saying they had no time to come back. Choice Home warranty. Decided to take my payment a day after our payment agreemen and dropped my case. Leaving me in a very big bind knowing I was on a fixed income and my house hold ranging from 14 to 1. SMH

Terry was great! He is the only part about this whole experience that has gone well. My refrigerator went out back in February. Sears had a sub contracting company come out to fix it. They came 3 different times in the time frame of 3 months changing 3 different parts and said that there was nothing more they could do. After waiting for those 3 months for parts to come in (one time they even ordered the wrong part and I had to wait another 3 weeks for the correct part to come in), they told me that there was nothing more they could do and would put in the paper work for a replacement fridge. After not hearing anything for 3 weeks, I called Sears Services and they said nothing had been ordered. Sears Contacted the company and finally got the paper work. They then said that a Sears technician would need to come out and verify everything. That took 2 months to happen after 2 no-shows and having to reschedule. Terry came out last week and said that the compressor was out and that he could fix it. He had the part and fixed it within 2 hours. This whole experience could have been wonderful if Terry would have been sent out from the very beginning. We went 6 months without refrigerator that was under warranty! Great service by Terry, but horrible customer service over all by Sears. I will never buy another product from Sears again after this experience and I will be canceling my Sears Services.

The technician was very nice and he figured out the problem quickly. It seems like you could use more workers though because technicians because he had a full day and came to my house almost two hours after the window of time they gave me.

I did not take long for Brandon to find and repair the problem. But it would have been nice to know that I was going to be at the end of his day. He arrived at 4:50 and finished at 5:10. A mod accurate window of service would have been appreciated. Brandon was great tho.

Please give your employees people to actually trained the new ones. Don't throw them to the wolves to figure out. He is an amazing young man and you are lucky to have him. He gives a 150 % Make sure you treat him the same!! I would have him back any day!

Very professional and once here, very efficient and effective with the repair. He identified the causes and repaired the dryer. My only issue is with Sears- too broad a window for arrival, inaccurate info on ai phone system with no way to talk with a live person, arrival time was over 2 + hours beyond the 8-5 window given, and website link is pretty much useless (says same info with no updates even when the ai message says you can manage your request there- you can't. It doesn't interact in that fashion).
