Too green behind the ears
He was very polite, but I think he was in a little bit over his head. He took off the cover of our dispenser for our detergent and our bleach and softener to clean underneath. He got hot water mixed in with the detergent area. Worst of all, he broke our bleach dispenser mark and cracked our softener dispenser mark. I would like you to please replace that since he broke it. I took a picture. If you will please to tell me where to send it. Thank you

fraudulent
this repair was not performed on 1/11. the part was installed on 1/9 and is not functional. i rescheduled another appointment for 1/11 and no service person showed up.

Maytag washing machine repair
New parts installed but washing machine still locks up because it cannot drain water. That was the problem for which I requested repair.

Sears lack of support
Tech wasnt ready or Just didnt seem to care, had to google the error code, told him I tried everything/searched no luck. He kept trying, then went to his truck, talked to his senior support from his truck, called from truck, said he did everything he could and to contact GE. I asked if he would come back in the house to explain the issue, said he was done. Left. Nice support - please replace with new dishwasher or please send experienced tech.

Disappointed
He never showed up for the appointment. He reported that he showed up. I have a ring doorbell camera and I can prove that he did not show up for the appointment. They rescheduled the appointment for tomorrow, Jan 11. I hope I don't have another no show tomorrow also. That would cause me to reconsider if the Sears MPA is something I want to continue for the future. I would then seriously consider canceling the Sears 3 year MPA plan I recently paid over $1,100 dollars to purchase for three years.

Follow Up Scheduled too Long
I had no problems with the Service Representative, he was very polite. My Problems, are with Sears. First of all: You take 8, hrs, of my time, waiting on the Service Representative, to review the problems. Second: He ordered the parts, the parts, and the parts are delivered in 1, weeks, But he is told to reschedule me for 2, weeks. Third: I called and asked for an earlier appointment, but no one responded to my request. Fourth: One of Part, he ordered was shipped incorrectly, he said he had that particular part, in his vehicle, which was a Blessing. The Main Problem I have with Sears, every time they show up, they never have any Parts, if I would have an Air Conditioner Problem, and no Air, in my Home, I would suffer, 2-4, Weeks, in a Extremely Hot Home. By the way! The Burner, the Serviceman, repaired today, keeps popping out of the slot, when heated. I will request for another Company, to use in the future. I DO NOT LIKE TO BE BOOKED FOR 8, HOURS, SOMETIMES I NEED TO TAKE CARE OF IMPORTANT MATTERS TOO! Thank You,

Fixing Oven!
Victor rushed the whole process and because the serial number was not present on the oven said that he was not authorized to repair it. If that is a real policy for your company it definitely needs to be changed. I don't think he really wanted to work on my oven anyway.

Problem not fixed
He insisted there was no problem but wouldn't wait ten minutes for me to start a load of laundry to recreate the issue I've been having. Once I started a load, same issue. Ice cold water on hot setting. He had already left.

Awful customer service. Overpriced repairs
The technician took forever to get to the house. Once he arrived, he gave me a quote that was more than the cost of a new dishwasher. He then tried to continually sell me on a home warranty. I will NEVER buy another Kenmore again.
