Mark came out and did nothing but run the dryer waiting for it to turn off. Suggested I over loaded it. Nope Mark, I do believe I know how to do laundry. Had to call the next day to have them send another tech out because it was still doing the same thing! New tech diagnosed problem and fixed it.

Extremely disappointed

There were a few pieces of eggshell in the dishwasher so the technician told the warranty company I had not maintained my dishwasher and effectively voided my warranty which I had two more years on. I wish he never come to my house

My washer is still not working

He must have just replaced the part and failed to test machine because he was done in less than 15 minutes My washer is still not working! And to top it all off I had to wait over two months for someone to finally come and the washer is still not working at all! I am furious!

Terrible Repair service process

The technician was fine and corrected the issue. The problem I have is the scheduling. It's hard to believe in current times the best they can do is provide an 11 hour arrival window. The best they can do is sometime between 8am to 7pm what a joke. Could you at least give an AM OR PM? Very poor customer service from corporate Sears. One star would be a gift for them. Not the techs fault

Nice guy but

Alex is a nice but he was completely wrong, I got a 2nd opinion on what he said about the outlet how much voltage was coming out. I got the outlet tested and it's completely fine the issue is the dishwasher which we still need fixed! This was a disappointment and I truly want my money back!

Dog and Pony Show But Nothing Fixed

As an Army Veteran, I am surprised the technicians put on a show of doing the work that did not achieve what I paid for - fixing our refrigerator. The assurance that the refrigerator had nothing wrong with it, that the freezer was registering -2 degrees ( Fahrenheit or Celsius was never determined but was claimed as fact from a circle of red laser light that the lead technician shined into the freezer upon arriving, showing the trainee and announcing the freezer was working). The technician also claimed the refrigerator was working, as if in surprise that I would request service! I opened two coolers where we had placed our remaining food, having trashed most of it on returning from vacation to find a bloody and sticky puddle in the freezer full of warm meat, fish, fruits, and other previously frozen food, fluids dripping down the door, the ice container full of room temperature water, with the ice maker continuing to fill and dribble. This was followed by the two technicians pulling out the refrigerator, and the lead technician sat on the floor to remove the back cover, unclip the fan pin from the vanes and claim the fan was stuck which caused the defrost to activate. He showed the other technician and asked for a towel and declared the water line was leaking ( it had been fine for years and no water was on the floor at the point where the line would have made the floor wet - under the technician sitting), but wiping up some water declared he had fixed the leak! He also mentioned there was mouse poo in there, which had no relation to the problem of a warm refrigerator in my estimation. He had the freon tank and pressure valve testor, but without testing to get an actual reading, claimed freon was fine. Both claimed the refrigerator went through a defrost cycle, which was normal. and temperature would be at normal levels within 24 hours and left. Temp is slowly rising while fan runs. At 2019 hrs, freezer temp was 53.2F, main area 51.8F

Still not working

It has been five total visits. The ice maker was working to begin with! After the ice maker stopped working after visit 1 there have been 4 follow up visits and the ice maker is STILL not working.... they don't always send the same techinician to subsequent appointments and the notes and details left for follow up techs is not detailed enough. Sorely disappointed.

Unhappy customer

The oven was 70% working before he started. His diagnosis was cockroach issues. I admit there are few when he open it, he didn't even try cleaning around it but instead he did some twisting and punching. Now the entire system is broken. He left me with broken appliance that could have been fixed with just a simple cleaning.

Too green behind the ears

He was very polite, but I think he was in a little bit over his head. He took off the cover of our dispenser for our detergent and our bleach and softener to clean underneath. He got hot water mixed in with the detergent area. Worst of all, he broke our bleach dispenser mark and cracked our softener dispenser mark. I would like you to please replace that since he broke it. I took a picture. If you will please to tell me where to send it. Thank you

this repair was not performed on 1/11. the part was installed on 1/9 and is not functional. i rescheduled another appointment for 1/11 and no service person showed up.
