Asked for & was told I would receive a 2 hour window for service the evening before. Being a vacation home & 2 hours away it was needed NOT just 8am to 5pm. Technician called from my driveway at 8:45am. No other notice. Had to find a neighbor to let him in ;-( Technician was polite, professional & completed the repair ;-) No notice put things unnecessarily in scramble mode Luckily I had someone who could help. Jerry

Thomas was polite and got right to work on the fridge. Unfortunately the condenser was beyond repair and no replacement available. Appreciated his feedback and will be getting a new fridge soon.

Sloan did excellent job but the only request or may be the training needed by all technicians is to have booty while entering home or at least ask for courtesy if shows are ok or not. We don't take shoes inside the home and it bothers me if someone wearing shoes inside home.

Jimmy did a great job in fixing the leak and repairing the ice maker. Corporate needs to update their website and phone system. I needed to get information to the tech to assist in the repair and the website and phone system was unresponsive to add information for the tech.
