Danny was kind and courteous, and took the time to search for parts, and telling me that parts are not available. I was ok with that, because the range had broken glass door and door did not close all the way. And the oven was sprayed with cleaner and not cleaned up, when I moved into house.

False claim
This technician didn't do any repairs on my stove, nevertheless he never step a foot in my house but filed a false work claim stating that the work was completed and close the ticket.

Sears Sent Wrong Technician
On Friday, May 17, the Sears' phone representative located in China, scheduled an incorrect Sears Technician to take care of my Sears Protect HVAC free benefit for a "cooling tune-up maintenance". On Monday, May 20th, two different Sears' technicians called on the phone. Neither one of them came to the house to provide the HVAC "cooling tune-up maintenance". Their job was to only repair window air conditioners. Ward, the second technician, told me he had taken care of the situation and that the "repair department" would be calling me later that day (or the next day) to reschedule the correct technician. I never received a call either day! So around 4pm on May 21st I called the Sears Protect Warranty people and the following occurred: It took me 2 hours (with 5 department people "transfers" --- 4 of them located in South East Asia) on Tuesday, May 21st to try to correct the situation. I WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL!!! I then called the Sears Protect Agreement Benefit Department again the morning of Wednesday, May 22nd (only had to talk to 2 different people) to finally (HOPEFULLY) correct the situation.

They did not fix my dryer
I had 2 technicians one out, the first one ordered us the parts needed. The second tech that came to install the parts said the parts were wrong so he took the parts to return and told me to order a small piece that was really needed. Then they sent the first tech back to install it. He said the part was wrong but yet he still installed it! I just want my dryer fixed & don't have time for these techs who don't know what they're doing blaming one another.

Fraud
Claims to have completed the scheduled service repair but never arrived. This is the second time in the past two months that Sears service failed to arrive at the scheduled time. Beware when scheduling with Sears.

Service not provided
Normally I don't do these , but very unhappy with this whole experience. Said technician Claimed to arrive at my residence and stated that I declined service. I was at home all day and no one ever showed up or bothered to call. This is the second time this company no showed for my dishwasher being repaired and I have been waiting over a month. My ticket is now closed and now I'm left with having to try to get in touch with my home warranty company again for something that could've been prevented…

Refrigerator leak
Technician was polite. Did not tell me he was entering the problem as being caused by the refrigerator which is the problem and incorrectly or purposely stating water coming from the other sources as well, which is inaccurate. This is a way to ensure that the appliance will not be fixed or repaired and a service fee is collected as the results were given after the technician left via email.

Horrible Attitude and Unprofessional
The tech that came out, just like the first one was on the phone and never ended his conversation while working. However, "this tech" was rude told me he the insurance company (which is warranty company) was not gonna cover it. I advised him, he wouldn't have been dispatched if that were the case. I also stated I have an email stating the coverage. He began by saying and I do quote " he doesn't care WHAT I have that he was NOT gonna fix it! I said hold a minute, let me call. He said NO! I'm NOT waiting for nobody! And just walked out the door. Horrible service!!! Yet, I am the paying customer!

Unfortunately three hours after he left the air never came on and it was 87 , we have called an air conditioning firm as you folks couldn't help us, we will now be paying them to fix whatever your guy did wrong….not happy to say the least
