Review of repair for GE Profile gas stove
Donald arrived when he said he would. He worked on it for some time. Ultimately said it would take an additional person to lift the top to get to two sensors. Said he can't get one sensor. So, I declined any further service or repair. Disappointing but not Donald's fault - GE provides a bad product - it is 11 years old!

You need to send him back to fix the problem. The machine still cuts itself off when I try to start it.

He was knowledgeable and efficient. I wish that he had taken the boxes and disposed of parts since I will need to take them to the dump which they may or may not accept.

Garret and Tyrese came and checked the refrigerator and said that I needed to replace the filter so again ice and water still not working . So I will purchase a new water filter and see if it fix the issue .

Why is the time window 8:AM-5:PM? Not too many years ago, customers were given the option of 8:AM-12:PM or 1:PM-5:PM. It is very hard to block out an entire day, but it is a lot easier to block out half a day. It would seem to me that if you truly are interested in customer SERVICE, you would do this.

My dishwasher has a leak and each visit makes it leak less but it still leaks. It runs louder now but it cleans dishes. I love my Maytag and have made my own work around so I can use it without the leak ruining my floor.
