He was quiet. Worked fast. On property 1:20 or so. Thank you Edward L.. Let the floor with a little dirt/debris. We all can improve in our jobs.

Everything went fine until we started talking about taking the filter out and putting it back in. He made a comment that took me aback. He said " reaching the filter and putting it back maybe difficult for me". I am am a plus size person, but that doesn't keep me from doing things in my home.

Tom was good but the oven could not be repaired. The part was left here and we are waiting to learn when the oven will be replaced. Please advise asap. We have been without an oven for a long time and what to be done with the part.

There have been 3 service technicians sent to repair the same washer in the past 3 weeks. Repairman No.1, stared at my washer(his cell phone) for almost 2 hours using my wifi connection. His conclusion of the issue was 2 dimes stuck somewhere under the agitator. He did tip the machine to check underneath. but failed to mention any oil leaking. His conclusion: All better! Not! Repairman No 2. fiddled with the controls until he got an Error. Then ordered some parts and said he'd be back the following Monday to install once they arrived at my house. They did arrive before the weekend. However one item was damaged during shipping. Repairman No. 3 listened to what information I had concerning the previous visits and what the problems were. After he looked under the machine, it was discovered to have a serious oil leak. Once again parts were needed. Not sure if and when needed parts will arrive but at least I have more confidence in Ethan's abilities and honesty. Time will tell. P.S. With this last appointment, I was emailed often with updates. That was greatly appreciated.

Rezon was professional and courteous. I had some issue however, because I was told he was on his way at 8:53 and he did not show up until 10:20.

Ill not go into how dificuly it was to actually get my warranty plan to pay out, but, once I got through all of that unpleasantness, the repairman was pleasant, skilled and thorough.
