Sears doesn't cover fixing Menard appliances. So he had to call another company to fix my appliance. Appointment was set up by me. It would be nice to know when we sign up ahead of time what brands are not covered and how it's addressed.

This repair was preformed for Choice Home Warranty on June 21, 2023. The compressor failed July 12, 2023. Choice refuses to cover the repair because your tech recorded the RUDD Model# as: UPMO048JAZ using a capital (O) instead of a capital(D). They are insisting that this is a totally different unit. The actual model number, is UPMD048JAZ its clearly a TYPE O. Is there anyway that Jerry or your billing staff can correct this error for us. The TYPE O Is probably not a valid RUDD model number when paired with the serial number.

Could have been (5) five stars. In the NOTES for the work order I said for the tech to bring a new fan motor with him. That did not happen thus the repair needed (2) two service calls instead of only one. Thus only 4 stars.

Good, explained why he didn't call before coming a bit in a hurry Found a broken piece on countertop don't know if it's from the old one or new one?? I will be investigating the old part hopefully it came from there.
