The heater in my dryer it seems cuts out before the cycle completes. They thought that it was because the dishwasher starts with cold water. All start with regular temp water. My water is not very cold. I require a dishwasher that works as they all do. .

Rick is a great tech. But he was here last week and it did not solve the problem. AND YOU CANNOT GET TO ANYONE TO HAVE THE TECH COME BACK. WE WAITED A WHOLE WEEK OF LOSING FOOD BECAUSE NOONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN DO THEIR JOB

Paul, replaced the parts, but I feel the repair was not complete. The front control panel is not firmly attached to the microwave and is lose. the digital clock or time display are not readable after the repair. I did find some broken plastic parts were found on the floor after the first repair attemp on 8/7, Paul did not think they are part of the control panel. We are not satisfied with the repair, and feel the lose panel and digital display should be corrected.

Please send Wayne back asap. There is a loud vibration coming from the fridge which is very annoying. Otherwise he was GREAT to deal with!
