Due to several parts being order, requiring more manpower to do the job this resulted in a 3 wk repair of my washer. One of the staff members had a severe back issue and it was difficult for him to do heavy lifting this task could have been sent to someone whom didn't have the problem. I'm just happy the repair is finally complete but detailing what is needed on the ticket will result in insuring you have the right person to do the job, he completed it but I'm sure he's hurting today.

Polite, on purpose, clear concise in communication, execution of job, explaining what major problem occurs due certain types of misuse, answering request for suggestions on "need for a detailed, clear understanding of why and how best to use/maintain the appliance" for a longer life.

The repairman had no idea what really happened to cause the frigerator quit. My husband unplugged it a beginning if I'm working but there has to be some reason and diverted a good and there was food loss as well and nothing was said about it. Today I was not home I was at work.
