POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, MY APPOINTMENT WAS canceled with no prior notice. Need to improve your customer relations.. Tech was great. no way to speak to anyone

Jahmell actually didn't do anything he just explained that I need to clean my dishwasher and run a few cycles with it empty. I will give that a try but if it doesn't work, I will call back for another service appointment

Clayton was very business like. He told us all our options and suggested ways we can get our filter for our frig. Was here on time, actually before your estimated time of arrival. You have a good worker there.

Donald arrived when he said he would. He worked on it for some time. Ultimately said it would take an additional person to lift the top to get to two sensors. Said he can't get one sensor. So, I declined any further service or repair. Disappointing but not Donald's fault - GE provides a bad product - it is 11 years old!

You need to send him back to fix the problem. The machine still cuts itself off when I try to start it.

He was knowledgeable and efficient. I wish that he had taken the boxes and disposed of parts since I will need to take them to the dump which they may or may not accept.
