Bad aditude, not driven to work
Came to see unit gave false diagnosis, and insisted to be paid for his incomplete work .

He acted as if he did not want to do the work. He was so focused on the deposit more than fixing my ac. Did not address the leaking I told him about. Went in the basement and looked for a minute. Did not do a thorough check in my opinion. Somehow broke one of my vents not sure how that happened and I didn't even get upset about that as I could have I am and was more upset that he was not giving the time to look over things. He got started around 9:21 and was out by 9:30

Deceived and robbed
Sears does not service John Deere! Before they came they sent a message that there would be a diagnosis fee of $139. I sent model # etc as requested so they could bring the correct parts. The technician diagnosed the problem and told me that they do not have any John Deere parts. He charged me $229 and did not attempt to fix it!! Never again with Sears!!

AC repair
The window of time I was given was 8am-5pm which is ridiculous but, I waited. Your site told me he would be here between 2:10 & 3. Never showed up or called. He just called @7:18 pm. I told him not to come. It is dark in my garage! How was he going to work. This is unacceptable. No regard for my time. No thanks

Terrible
These guys dont want to work or repair- simply upsell some additional un needed inflated service OR sell u a new system- and u cant reach anyone for help 100% AI- I will be blasting this to my 180k Twitter/ X followers- DO NOT USE SEARS

Service first words out his mouth was I know this is recalled but I don't want to get in trouble so I'm go to charge you, your decuable before I can look at system and it gets fix than your warranty company can refund your money.

Horrible service
Technicians left without servicing the unit and did not even allow us the opportunity to provide him the information he required. He closed out our ticket stating we did not provide info and did not even want to talk to the warranty company representative to clarify issue. I will make sure to NEVER use Sears again. This has been the worst experience by far. I would give them no stars if I could.
