Late
Did not seem confident on the issue and was 1.75 hrs late to the scheduled time. I had 8-12 Did not arrive unti 1:35 PM. He was friendly gave recommendations for services and other machines after giving me a very large quote. He blamed the tariffs. However the tariffs wouldn't have increased the price 100%. From what he thought it would be.

Very bad service
I am with out AC for 2weeks now. This tech came here twice and when he came first time on 16th of April he did not even submit the report to choice home warranty. He was not able to identify the problem or even explain why the ac is not working , he said he will comeback in 2 hours and he came back again today after 5days to write up the report and he said he submitted the report to choice home warranty. And they will call me in two hours . He did not provide any information on the issue . I called choice home and they said there is some line leak . This tech is not recommended for any clients

Refrigerator repair
The worst service ever from a company. The ordered parts were faulty. The contact information for Sears was invalid/daemon. I'm filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs if my funds are not returned. Thank you.

Stove not working still
Leroy was sent out to my house to install new parts needed for my oven to work. Upon arrival he said thing just needed to be adjusted and the oven will be fine. He adjusted whatever he said needed to be adjusted and the oven worked while he was onsite. When I went to use the oven, it worked but would light again to keep the oven up to temp. I've made new appointments which have been rescheduled by sears and I still cannot use my stove. It's been a few weeks now. This is ridiculous

Repair failure.
The install of a new ice maker did you solve the issue. When asking for ice the machine grinds and grinds. The ice doesn't come down into the cup. There is something more wrong than just replacing the ice maker.

Washer still not working properly
Gus has been out in multiple occasions!! Replaced multiple parts!! He left yesterday after replacing 'the brains' and the first load of clothes I did………same problem only worse now!!! Happening on normal selection!!! I do not want him again. I want Scott!! It is impossible to talk to a human at your company and I am fed up!!! This warranty is worthless. It's obvious that I have purchased a lemon!!!! I will find out who to contact so I can place a formal complaint!!!! If you know customer service at all, you will reach out to me to resolve this thing!!!!!

Horrible service
Tech had no ladder, had to use mine and he did not put it away where he got it from. Did not have soap to check for leaks in my sc system. Did not wear shoes covers and it was a wet muddy day. Gir mud and duet all over my 2 months old carpet which now needs to be cleaned! Put holes, gouges, dirt streaks and dings in my newly redone dry wall, plaster, and paint carrying my ladder upstairs to access the attic . Absolutely horrible..
